This restaurant doesn’t validate who is picking up delivery orders on Uber eats or DoorDash. My initial driver never delivered. So, I got a refund and placed a second order. My order was not there when the second driver arrived. They told him that my second order was already picked up by another driver. Clearly my food was stolen due to them leaving orders on a rack that isn’t monitored for anyone to just take. It took 45 minutes of waiting for an order that would never arrive two separate occasions, one in which Uber is at fault and Chilis at fault on the second. They need to remove their restaurant from the app if they cannot handle business through delivery platforms.

Had a great experience this time! I didn’t make a review last time but it wasn’t bad just was a bit hard to enjoy when you’ve got workers walking around complaining but this visit everyone seemed very upbeat, my bartender Megan was amazing! Everyone seemed to be in a much better mood and the food was much fresher as well.

I came in New Years eve and placed a to go order. The fajitas and burger were fantastic. Unfortunately the chips I payed for were stale and greasy.

The older gentleman, Michael, made my day! The largest smile opening our door and seating us. Then when we left he sat 2 tables and made sure to beat us to the door to open it and wish us a great day!!! Made our day!!! Megan was the bartender and our sever and didn't miss a beat!!! She made awesome recommendations and was always right there when needed, even when she had 8 people at the bar too. There was a server complaining about working too many hours around us, very loud and rude... so thankful she wasn't our server!!! Our waitstaff made it a great experience.

Felicia is absolutely perfect. Great spirits, great mood, great personality. She has helped a couple customers with paying at the kiosk and has really taken her time to explain the menu. She really brings a lot to this company. I can only imagine how great her own company would be. Come see her, you will love her
