Felisha is an amazing bartender! She’s a total hustler in the best way—quick, efficient, and always on top of everything, even when it’s busy. She’s incredibly helpful, super friendly, and makes sure everyone feels taken care of. Great energy and great service every time. Highly recommend grabbing a seat at the bar when Felisha’s working!

stopped in last night with a group of friends to catch up and was met with the worst customer service ever. jeremiah was taking care of us and from the start he was not friendly and rude. he started off by numbering off each person in the party to split us into our separate checks which i did not mind; however, at the end of the night all the checks were a mess and we had to sort it out ourselves. one of the members of our party even ended up overpaying due to an extra 5 margaritas on our bill which we did not order. throughout the dinner, he never came to check up on us at all and we even had to flag him down to take our food orders. i am not the kind of person to leave a bad review for bad service but the fact that he was interacting with all his other tables and giving them good customer service while ignoring us is baffling.

If I could give a zero I would. I love chilis I go frequently to different locations. I went this afternoon at 3:30 pm. It was not busy at all maybe a handful of people. No line waiting to be served. I walk in and there is no greeting or acknowledgment at all by any of the workers aside from looking away quickly when I made eye contact with them. I stood there probably 5 minutes and one server did walk to the host stand and then walked away swiftly without saying a word. There was no customer service or even basic human decency. If I hadn’t been in my work uniform I would’ve said something then and there but instead I went across the street to CFA where the workers actually opened the door and greet you. This is nothing against chilis, just those specific workers working that shift. Terrible.

This restaurant doesn’t validate who is picking up delivery orders on Uber eats or DoorDash. My initial driver never delivered. So, I got a refund and placed a second order. My order was not there when the second driver arrived. They told him that my second order was already picked up by another driver. Clearly my food was stolen due to them leaving orders on a rack that isn’t monitored for anyone to just take. It took 45 minutes of waiting for an order that would never arrive two separate occasions, one in which Uber is at fault and Chilis at fault on the second. They need to remove their restaurant from the app if they cannot handle business through delivery platforms.
