BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, 3 employees were working there and when I walked inside the shop with my 2 kids, 2 of the 3 employees went to the back room and never came back until I left. No one welcomed me when I walked in or asked me can they help me. I had to ask for them to help us and the shop was not crowded at all. 0 stars, HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!

Amazing customer service. I came in craving a chocolate cone which was pretty good but definitely messy. I got the love it size and I can’t ever finish my cold stone ice cream. The founder’s favorite is pretty good.
