The banana split was pretty good except for it was smaller than what I expected.I think they only gave me one scoop of ice cream instead of two scoops. They could have added more strawberries also but all in all it was tasty and reminded me of my child hood days when I used to get a banana split in the cup from dairy queen. I will definitely try it again.

The police toned individual who talked at me. Doesn't have the 1st clue on how to desecalate a incorrect order. #1 rule in customer service relations on a call back. Listen He refused accountability & let us know what we needed. This place needs employees who have their hands open. Not all balled up. We will continue just not at this location. As a employee of the month till I ended my career at Red Lobster. Queen of A vs T. I feel badly for the owner. Honor the deal. Buy one get one free. Not talk over the customer with zero interest in making things right. Sir you learned today. Not every one will bow down to you. You put your pants on one leg at a time. If you're the owner. Sell You are giving Cold Stone a bad name. Stay away from this location till the clean house. It's 2025 in the depression & you call me talking out the side of your neck. No Sir. Damn good plan. Good ice cream, but they do not accept $50 bills. Our total was around $25, and we gave a $50 bill. They said they don’t accept them and to go next door to the sushi restaurant to make change. It was highly embarrassing for myself and also on behalf of this location and its employees.

Went to the cold stone in pinellas park and ordered a brownie Sunday that in the description says warm brownie with hot fudge and all the fixens. I asked them to drown it in hot fudge and they informed me that the hot fudge was room temp and if that was fine, I said I guess if thats all you have and then another worker said that they could heat it up in the microwave, I said that would be lovely thank you very much. Well, by drowning in hot fudge I guess means less than a table spoon that they put on the bottom, then didn't heat up the brownie so the brownie was cold and then they put cold fudge on top. The entire time the lady eith the fake eyelashes who made my brownie Sunday had an attitude and clearly did not want to be there. I love cold stone but this one was wack. It goes to show that the energy the workers bring to work portrays in the quality of the food.

I ordered two ice creams the same size on DoorDash. When they arrived one was smaller than the other. As I ate the bigger one, I realized that this one was in a smaller cup as well and then just placed in a bigger cup
