First time at Crumbl and couldn’t decide on what to get! Ashley jumped right in with some amazing suggestions and put my decision making at ease. I’m a simple lady when it comes to flavors and she suggested the chocolate chunk and brownie batter cookies! They were delicious and Ashley’s amazing customer service and help made it so easy for me!
Went in to the store for a box of cookies and Ashley was there to help me pick and choose some popular and fun flavors that was offered. Really appreciate the time she gave me and will be making this my main store to go to!
I like the cookie designs and ideas but I hate the fact that the menu is so limited. Not to be rude, but why can't you guys just make all the cookies you've ever made instead of only offering 3 cookies a day? I feel like if you guys did that people would actually be able to get the cookies they actually want and not have to wait until 2050 to eat the cookies they actually like. I want to try the nilla bean cookie and you guys should do cookie run kingdom flavors
