The girl at the drive thru window has an attitude problem. Someone needs to remind her that customers are why you're in business. If customers bother her, she needs to work in a cubicle. Her customer service and attitude suck. This was at 12:47 on 11/21/25.

They just hire anybody I see. A young girl standing in the behind the counter eating chips texting on her phone cause she’s mad the DRIVE THRU actually has customers.…purposely taking drive thru orders 4/5minutes late at a time because she annoyed they’re busy! Got MAD because they gave us COLD FOOD and mad because i politely asked them can they remake it. Worst customer service and they don’t care because it’s the norm at this location

This DD is literally the best Dunkin and that’s why I only come here. Alaya and Lisa were amazing from the start. They took my order, answered a few questions, I was able to ask about the new cereal milk and they even offered to give me a sample. If that’s not going above and beyond I don’t know what is. I definitely wasn’t expecting it and they totally made my day Thank you ladies

This location is disappointing, hash browns are disgustingly greasy, received incorrect order, asked for crossaint and was given an Everything Bagel.
Went early in the morning, they had no fresh donuts, they were all stale. Got our order wrong as well. Won't be back to this location,waste of money

They do not heat up their snack and bacon they do not mix drinks when they give them to you I get the blueberry energy burst and it's always on the bottom and you have to mix it up when I get it from this location
