I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a bacon egg and cheese croissant. It was quick, the food was hot and everything tasted amazing. Santos was super nice and insightful on all of the product. 10/10

Well in the past this place was wonderful but I was meeting up with a couple of friends at this location and was the first to arrive so I needed to use the restroom and was gonna wait inside until they showed up, but instead of a warm welcome when I walked in the staff was very rude and treated me as if I was not welcome I used the restroom and say down since I was still waiting and I was told to wait outside for my friends as if my money wasn't good enough this location has gotten a lot worse clearly everyone needs training in how to treat there customers

Donuts were stale. I got them to make a donut cake. It was my husband's birthday and he wanted donuts. What a bummer. Even the kids complain. Back in the day we never got him like that.
Apparently saying “hello, we’ll be right with you” is too much for the workers here at Dunkin’. I stood at the counter for 3 mins unacknowledged, wont be back. I guess Wal-Mart can get my money for the gift card I intended to purchase.

Everytime, I try to order here. This Mexican or Latino lady at drive-thru isn't helpful or friendly at all. I've seen her react differently to other customers but it's different when I'm speaking to her. I'm not sure what it is. So, this morning they were out of hash browns. So, I was telling her that I would still pay for the $6 without the hashbrown. So, we're going back & forth. And this my 2nd time just leaving the drive-thru & going somewhere else.
