If they don't like you they will ruin your drink on purpose. One day they made my drink wrong and instead of remaking it the little/short Spanish girl that works there tried to doctor it. And I knew it wouldn't taste the same so I asked to remake it and she tried to argue with me and ever since then when she is there they just mess up my drink(feels intentional). Also, this is the only Dunkin' Donuts that charges for ice if you get espresso over ice which to me is insane. Every other Dunkin in the area does not do this. Oh, and I was only being charged for ice after the incident. She/They have tried me so many times I've quit going and this is my neighborhood dunkin. Maybe I'll wait a few years and go back with hopes of them having a new staff. Trash trash trash service!!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is always ready quickly and My order is always correct.
Probably the only Dunkin that makes you pay for a cup of water. We paid for drinks and asked for a cup of water on the side. The manager said we had to pay for it. Cheap location.

Asked for the bacon in the snackin' bacon to be crispy and they gave me raw bacon. It wasn't even that busy I guess they're just lazy. The workers at this Dunkin suck.
Kid of an outdated inside and the staff wasn't very welcoming the day we visited but everyone's has a bad day sometimes I deff suggest you get some coffee and a donut ?☕ there and I'm sure it'll be more welcoming well for most folks if you happen to appear to be homeless they def treat u a bit different one day my friends and I went there after doing some car repairs we looked horrible I must say but the treatment due to it was night and day from the very day before we went there just before work dressed decent n clean cut was treated with nice words and prompt service unlike the day after when we were told don't let the bosses catch y'all in the dumpster we were shocked not really understanding why but then it came to me the judgment was plain as day so for me I'll pass but then again now I truly am homeless and wouldn't want to be called out by them I'm sure you'll have a better visit

So this Dunkin was very lackluster. The staff seemed irritated and impatient. While I understand the nature of fast food, I have eaten at other establishments in this vein, and there were staff with great dispositions.The donuts were stale, and it was only 8:30 AM.The coffee was great and I have no complaints there.Just two stars for irritated staff and stale donuts.~The Taurian Chef
