“I got the beef and the spinach artichoke empanadas and they were both delicious. They were crispy and completely stuffed on the inside! I would definitely recommend trying this food truck! I’m going to have to come back and try some of the other items!“

“Wow. Just moved to the area and was hungry browsing my phone for food options. Accidentally stumbled upon STUFT and I’m so glad I did.When I was younger, I took a trip to NYC and had these authentic empanadas from a small cafe and never have been able to forget/find something that stood up.Everything at STUFT was perfect. From the crispy, flaky crust to the perfectly flavored meat (my fav being the beef) I’ve never had anything better in this category. The juice was a perfect pair and also a must!Only issue was I didn’t order enough food! If you’re hungry get three or four!! Do yourself a favor and order!“
