They had this posted at their counter, you can clearly see the ingredients listed and I asked to make sure it was an actual patty and they guy taking my order, I believe his name is Matthew said yes. very disappointed in my Five Guys burger from Clearwater mall today. I ordered extra BBQ sauce and I didn't get any at all... instead I got a dry burger and I was so looking forward to my lunch today, I might as well have gotten McDonald's I was so disappointed with the burger...and the fries were super cold as well. During this time i understand things are unusual but your quality of service should be even more important right now. I regret leaving a tip.
