I wanted to visit Jersey Mike's for giving day today. After I read the reviews I was a bit reluctant to go. However I was pleased as everything was great. I was greeted and when I asked for a veggie I was asked if I was vegan or vegetarian. The gentleman explained that they didn't want any cross contamination. Very pleased with food and service. I took mine to go.

1st timer came in to get a sub for the SUPERBOWL there was 3 employees two of them looked like thay weren't happy to be there i got sub and drink with chips the employee gave me sub and didn't give me my cup after I told him I paid for a drink and chips he printed recipe and then threw cup across counter at me I will never go back to this place

Apparently one of the employees was taken a large border so I was unable to call ahead and place my order~then for him please standing around should have asked me can I order now just for a customer service~ordered a giant Philly cheesesteak and it was delicious and please could use some reminder about how to treat customers!

1/8/25 - I ordered the large Italian. It tasted good for the first couple of bites until a long hair came stringing out of the sandwich and in my mouth. I know its probably something that isnt 100% avoidable and it wont kill me. Still, it makes me gag. I Can't eat the rest of it now. Waste of over 20 dollars after tax and tip.×

Roaches in the store, employees not using gloves, and extremely rude behavior. I'm literally reporting them to FDA and going to file as many lawsuits as possible to expose their despicable ways.

Everything was garbage, the food, the service. The owner is disrespectful and the staff are all rude. I saw ROACHES behind the counter and an employee was sneezing a lot.
Firstly I visited this location because my regular is closed for repairs, entering I was not greeted and stood waiting for someone to say something. I proceeded to give my order then I see a guy at the other end writing down my order so I walked down to him giving him the order again. I pride Jersey Mike's eat a sandwich every Friday. Staff at the front counter did not communicate my order to be rung up, standing there wr are looking at each other then she asked," what was your order maam." Arrived home none of my fresh vegetables were on my sandwich and I had to take the top of my bread off because it was not fresh (pissed). This is a first time I have been pissed with the customer service and quality of food (sandwich ) provided for my Friday sandwich trend.

The service was terrible, the food was good but that was just about it, the worker was very disrespectful and didn't care at all. The price was also high compared to other places. $13 for a sub that I could go to wawas to get for $6-7.

Whoever was making sandwiches 7/13/24 around 4:30-4:50PM. I applauded your sandwich structure. During the week we eat Jersey Mikes ever week at the office. I love the product in general. Over the weekend, I decided to have Jersey Mikes for a second time. I just have to say the immaculate placement and the proportions of condiments put into my sandwich was a pleasure. I wasn't feeling too well after placing my To-Go order and decided to save my sub for Sunday. The sandwich held its integrity and wasn't soggy. I told my boss that it was probably the best sandwich I had at Jersey Mikes. I'm not kidding, I have eaten here weekly for the last several years. Kuddos and keep up the good work guys!
