I ordered a Italian sub for delivery and all of the add ons that I requested were missing. I even contacted them before my order was picked up to make sure it was right. Very disappointed in this establishment.

It very upsetting to order a giant sub an expecting there to be a lot of meat on it since the sub is almost $20 a sub to when I get my sub to my surprise there was an extremely thin layer of meat on a giant sub,very stingy with how much meat gets put on a sub an then paying an extra 5.50 for extra meat on top of a sub that is already $20.

So I came in today and spoke with Daeshon about an Termination letter because he fired my 18 year old after she didn't want to Talk to him as in being in a relationship. I was gone file a complaint with the elc but ima let God Handle it. He have already have a relationship with Makayla who works there, he stated Daniel the Owner said they don't have to as well, All I needed it for was my Housing Ppl this is so 😔 sad. And thank you Mikey for the complimentary drink!

Great customer service and food quality here. I popped in right around the time of pick up. My food was being prepped. The location was team and everything was packaged neatly to go. Love their club sub and kahuna cheesesteaks. Don’t for over to scan your Shore points account to earn points

I wanted to visit Jersey Mike's for giving day today. After I read the reviews I was a bit reluctant to go. However I was pleased as everything was great. I was greeted and when I asked for a veggie I was asked if I was vegan or vegetarian. The gentleman explained that they didn't want any cross contamination. Very pleased with food and service. I took mine to go.

1st timer came in to get a sub for the SUPERBOWL there was 3 employees two of them looked like thay weren't happy to be there i got sub and drink with chips the employee gave me sub and didn't give me my cup after I told him I paid for a drink and chips he printed recipe and then threw cup across counter at me I will never go back to this place

Apparently one of the employees was taken a large border so I was unable to call ahead and place my order~then for him please standing around should have asked me can I order now just for a customer service~ordered a giant Philly cheesesteak and it was delicious and please could use some reminder about how to treat customers!

1/8/25 - I ordered the large Italian. It tasted good for the first couple of bites until a long hair came stringing out of the sandwich and in my mouth. I know its probably something that isnt 100% avoidable and it wont kill me. Still, it makes me gag. I Can't eat the rest of it now. Waste of over 20 dollars after tax and tip.×

Roaches in the store, employees not using gloves, and extremely rude behavior. I'm literally reporting them to FDA and going to file as many lawsuits as possible to expose their despicable ways.
