Food hadn't arrived after 30 minutes. I called and they said they were out of the bread i wanted. 30 minutes after my call food finally arrives and still not on the correct bread!! Horrible service!

Came to my business about 2-3 weeks ago and dropped off their flyer saying that they deliver in our area. Then when I call them today to place an order I'm told they won't deliver to my location. Please explain how this makes any sense?

I was so happy when this location opened up because this JJ's actually has a drive-thru! Before I can get my money back in my wallet my food is being handed to me. The staff is really polite too! I recommend the #9 Italian with hot peppers and a side of their Kickin' Ranch, yum!
Freaky SLOW! maybe they are fast if u go in and order? I placed a pick up order online, got there 15mins later and the girl was just making it. She moved like a sloth!!! Zero since of time or urgency. The guy working there finally jumped in when he got customers in the drive thru. Crazy question but would he not help with my order when nobody was there....
