Had a great dinner last night at Roam Steakhouse. The restaurant was short-staffed, however the three guys running the whole restaurant did an excellent job keeping the food moving and making sure patrons were taken care of, all with a smile the whole time. It was clearly and politely communicated to each party that came in that it would be a longer than normal wait. I was impressed that everyone kept their cool under the stress.
