I order 3 Pizza Puffs 2 crazy sauce and wings. Upon arriving home Crazy sauce was not in the bag. Call them and ask if they can up grade for a free pizza next time. No we can't but you can come back in get the sauce. Mind you its pooring and thundering. I say just safe it for next time. They say ok but never take down my name or receipt # nothing. I ask the guy ok so how do we handle this he then gets mad and drops the phone calling for someone else to handle the problem. Wait 5 minutes and I finally hang-up. Poor customer service and bad attitude. Very disappointing.
I filed a complaint with Little caesars about Seminole location last year the deep dish was way under cooked. On or about July 17th 2025 I ordered a deep dish from the Pinellas park location. When i arrived home I saw it was burnt (way over cooked) After trying a piece i realized it had almost no sauce on it if any. This was the worst pizza I have ever bought in my 62 yrs. Oviously trying to cook a deep dish at the same temp as a regular pizza you will end up with a burnt pizza if you extend the time to cook the middle . You need 2 seperate ovens. Little Caesars started out great , great prices , service and pizzas. If they need to know how to cook a good deep dish pizza have the headquarters call the Kingwood ,WV location . I bought many there ,and all were excellent while I worked at the Military base there. Last year they were $13 and now they are $16 I'm done I will buy elsewhere.
