Johnny is super welcoming as soon as anyone enters into the building. He is also extremely quick when it comes to making teas, and any of the protein items. My go-to combo is his protein donuts and a tea. He knows my order immediately when I walk in, and even when I bring things back for my family, he immediately knows their orders! He is super helpful as well, and I will always come to Ignite on Sundays for pancakes!!! Highly recommended coming after a workout as well!
Ignite Nutrition is amazing! All the different tea flavors, shake variations, not to mention the waffles and donuts, are not only healthy but taste fantastic! My fav day is Sunday, pancake day!! ? ? Johnny is the best, go see him!!Dietary restrictions: Sugar-free, low calorie, high protein options
