There were very rude to my pinay wife. Ignored us for 10 minutes with no one else in the store.
Another time my wife passed away and my niece ordered food. Three hours after the food was supposed to arrive we called. They said it went to Tampa by mistake. We canceled the order. They delivered it late at night instead 5pm. Insisting we pay. No no. Saying late delivery is not their fault. Bear in mind this is Filipino talking to Filipino.
