Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We were there on a Wednesday. Had to wait half hour to be seated even when the restaurant was not full. We had to ask for water all the time. I had to request The complementary bread too and the main dish for my husband was ridiculously short. It looked like a kids plate. I was very disappointed this time.

OK, I know it’s only an Olive Garden, but seriously for the money and the taste of the food and the quality of the drinks, this actually got a five star review. If I can give it to 4.8 stars that’s probably correct, but I can’t give it four stars cause it’s better than that. With drinks we were able to leave sharing a meal for $40. The amaretto sour was actually very good and not too sweet. It would’ve cost $60-$70 anywhere else. The breadsticks are great. And everything else is at least pretty good. The server was extremely friendly and attentive.

As a former server of many years, I always get especially excited when I receive excellent service 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Vegetarian options: I worked at Olive Garden while I was pregnant and vegan!!! And I always ate well!!!

Kid-friendliness: My daughter was my Valentine and we both were well cared for! We had a great time and she especially loves the tablets with games to play 💖

I went here and waited over 2 hours for my food when it got here it was cold the plate was hot but the food was cold. It was a very disappointing expierence and the service was terrible

I recently visited the Olive Garden in Pinellas Park for the first time, and I felt compelled to write a review due to the exceptional service I received. My server, Charles, was incredibly kind and attentive. He recommended the Chicken Gnocchi soup, which I normally wouldn’t order, but it was truly amazing. I also want to extend my thanks to the kitchen staff, as my food arrived promptly and was delicious. Charles’s service and the kitchen’s efficiency made for a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend this location!

This dishwasher thinks he can just block you and rob you of the money you loaned them

All 1 stars are lies but you have to push one to get to the nest. Numerous times over 4 years. Last 3 visits atrocious. The shift lead should have just shut down than for a solid week every take out order was colder than your refrigerator?

Had an amazing lunch, Devin my server did an excellent job, he made sure my visit was pleasant and memorable. The food was tasty, took advantage of the unlimited soup and bread, I was full so i decided to take my meal to go. I would come back for their affordable prices and customer service. Good job Darden restaurants for your awesome experience and the job you guys do working with Feeding America to provide meals to those in much need.

Terrible experience with a to go order. The order was supposed to be ready at 4:22. Got there at 4:20 and checked in. At 4:35 still have seen no one so I called the restaurant. They were going to “let the to go staff know” 10 minutes later still nothing, so I went inside and what do you know? My order was sitting right on the counter. They blamed a large catering order, but I didn’t realize catering was the only customer. Just because I wasn’t spending $1000 on that single order doesn’t mean I don’t matter. Atleast communicate with your customers or adjust the times on the app rather than force your customers to wait in the parking lot for half an hour and get cold food.

The Olive garden has really stepped up their game, their food is amazing in the atmosphere is very pleasant

Every time we go to this place it’s absolutely amazing but this last time we went was above and beyond the servers were extremely nice and helpful and quick to get us to our seats and quick to our orders and drinks. But what and who really made it stand out was Tristan our table server he went above and beyond in the care for us checked in quite often was always smiling and laughing just had an amazing and happy aura to himself which made the dinner even better and he let me buy there very famous cheese graters YES YOU CAN BUY THERE CHEESE GRATERS HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! But overall amazing service and food always recommend to everyone to come here it’s always a great time with some amazing food and a great atmosphere thank you Tristan and to all the Olive Garden employees you guys are stand outs.!!!!!!!!
