By far the worst service I’ve ever had. Stood there waiting for a DoorDash order for over 15-20 mins before anyone even looked at me to ask if I needed any help.. they she wanted to have a bad look on her face when I had to get someone’s attention for some assistance. Unreal

And 323 I placed an order for $12 to be picked up. I made a mistake so I canceled it. I’ve been reimbursed the $12 and now all of a sudden it’s coming up that now you’re charging me $12 also that day I ended up doing a delivery order that was $20 and I never got it and that 20 was given back to me and now this morning I get up and the 20 is being charged to me. I love Panda Express but this experience has not been nice. I will not order again and I love you guys now I’m out but got some dollars I’ll be overdrawn at the bank. Thanks a lot to you and DoorDash so I’m upset.

Panda Restaurant is fantastic! The customer service is very friendly and attentive, and the food is always fresh. Because it’s popular, you can tell they’re constantly making new fresh meals, which makes every meal enjoyable. The only thing to note is that the parking lot can get busy, but it’s well worth it for the quality and freshness of the food. Highly recommend!

Additionally, one of the dishes (string bean/chicken breast) seemed way underseasoned.
