Food was as expected, but the girl taking my order did not listen at all. I had to repeat myself multiple times. Also when I ask how long until more orange chicken would be done she just stared at us until I asked 3 times.

Ken The manager is very rude and disrespectful does not use proper care when handling food running the register touching food at the same time not OK then being disrespectful about it.

I arrived at this Panda location at 10:30. My order was supposed to be ready at 10:35. So I waited in the spot by the caution sign until 10:40. Tried opening the doors to get my order since it seemed as if the staff forgot about me. The little Asian boy told me I had to go to the drive thru. So I went back through the drive thru and asked for an update on the order, the girl proceeds to tell me that they “closed 10 minutes ago.” That’s the same girl that told me I had to wait for the order still. I got my order at 10:49 just for it to be barely warm and contain melted plastic wrap as seen in the picture and video. Unfortunately, since the store was closed I couldn’t take the plate back, that’s why I’m leaving this review.
