Ordered on Uber Eats for delivery, they completely missed one of my sides…I’m sorry but how hard is it to read a screen and scoop some food into a box? Their excuse when I called was they were “busy” lol no, how about you double check the order to make sure it’s correct before wrapping it up and sending it off. It’s fast food, not rocket science. I’ve worked in the food industry for a long time, this is totally preventable. It wasn’t a large or complicated order. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location which is why I’m leaving a review.

Every negative review is real. I had a coupon for basically a free meal and I will never return here again. Why are the prices so high for terrible food that is literally 1/3 of what you used to get, idk (just kidding! Corporate greed!)My order was 3/4 rice. A single (previously frozen) eggroll is $2. They want almost 9 bucks for a tiny portion of meat and a bunch of rice.Stop eating here people. Stop eating at restaurants that force you to be ok with paying more, so that they can line their pockets and blame "inflation". Go check their yearly profits and see if that inflation is causing them a loss. HINT. IT'S NOT.

Stopped in for dinner, had to wait for noodles and teriyaki chicken to get done. As we are waiting I watch the girl preparing meals putting 2 scoops of meat in each meal, the guy who is preparing my meal puts 1 small scoop of meat in the container, I asked why so little, He just looks at me and says what else? So I just walked out. You need to make sure everyone is serving the same amount of food.

I just got the bigger plate and one of my choices was the beef and broccoli and it’s literally 2 small pieces of beef with the rest being larger than necessary stocks of broccoli. I come here often for my daughter because she loves the orange chicken so today I ordered this for myself and what a disappointment

Was in there 03/11/24 & had a large online order, in which soy sauce, sweet and sour, and teriyaki was requested.We got no condiments at all. The crab rangoon we ordered should have automatically came with sweet and sour. But, the bags were knotted closed... so I assumed it was our COMPLETE ORDER. Clearly it wasn't.We called the store and the manager was completely dismissive and just said, "I'll let the team know...", then hung up.Also, the broccoli was crunchy and barely cooked. Crab rangoon were bland flavorless and lacking sweet and sour.
Information to delivery driver's, people who order from this location are usually satisfied and actually tip.

I've been getting delivery from the restaurant since 2020 and I've been happy with my orders but the past three orders have not been good. They have forgotten my fortune cookies twice and the last order didn't have the fortune cookies and the wonton spring rolls and egg roll were all stale which is never happened before. I don't know if they have a new manager or what's going on but he's not going to have his job very long if he keeps this up. And what they offered me in compensation was not enough as far as I'm concerned. Coupons for a free small entree that I have to use in 2 months.

This place is fast food. The service here is hit or miss. The atmosphere just feels like they really don't care much about customers comfort. It was freezing cold and many people were complaining.Parking: Adequate parking.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. I didn't see high chairs though.
