AVOID THIS LOCATION. Just left the drive thru 4:30pm JAN 1st and the girl working the drive thru was extremely rude and aggressive! She should find a new job. Also to make matters worse they were out of everything I wanted to order 🤣 Just go to a different location.

I had a delivery order and it was sent through door dash and the dasher Michel d didn't show up Panera the wonderful young lady replaced my order for free, she was so understanding and apparently that dasher is known for not delivering orders. Kudos to Panera for replacing my order at closing time. And the food was excellent and she gave me coupons. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but I was on the phone reporting the door dash driver. Thank you

The food was good. The issue was all the tables were dirty like they don't go around and clean them.
They were very skimp on the bread. My lady was not pleased.

Gotta be the worst Panera sandwich I've ever had. Usually Panera does a good job with this sort of thing, but this location must just suck. ALL available tables were covered in food waste and litter. We had to wipe up our own booth, and mind you, we aren't especially picky people, this stuff happens at establishments, it's expected, but this was another level. Our food came out incredibly fast, but this wasn't to our benefit, as the food served was thrown together haphazardly. The greens in the sandwich were wilted and tossed about the serving plate, and the bacon was tough and cold. The tomato wasn't even fully cut through, and was set BESIDE the sandwich itself. Saddened by this as we usually enjoy our visits here. Maybe it's management, maybe it's staff. I don't know. :(

What is with the small portions now at Panera Bread? The amount of tuna on my sandwich would not have fed Stuart Little. I'm tapping out Panera Bread!

Avoid this location!!! The absolute worse service I have ever received from a Panera before. There were multiple orders with the same name and they gave my order to the wrong person. I asked about how long it would be, they told me the 10 orders in front of them and do not know with an attitude. The manager on shift also had an attitude.
Panera should do their brand a favor and replace the Caucasian staff making the food on 11/23/2024 about 6:45 pm (1845) EST
