My family and I were in the area and stopped to grab lunch. The associate Barbara was very friendly and even told us about specials that were offered. As we waited for our food, I noticed that the order was not made to go. I kindly stated this to Henry (the preparer that stated that the order was ready). This kid seemed to be agitated that I asked for it to go. He slammed the order receipt down and made an ugly facial expression. I seemed to further explain that he shouldn’t express himself as he did in front of customers. He laughed it off as if he was to ignore what I was saying to him. Fast forward… the associates Ezra (and possibly a manager) working beside him happily granted my request and prepared our order to go. I don’t care what kind of day that one has, our attitude must be business savvy and professional at all times especially working in a public space. Thank you to the two ladies that made our order to go despite coming across a not so happy employee.

SO slow. I normally go through the drive thru on my lunch break and I get a bagel and 2 cream cheese. They often forget the second cream cheese and take usually 7-10 minutes even if there is no one in line. Love wasting my break time here but it's the only thing close

Always get my order wrong. I come here often I don’t have a complicated order I’ll order 1-2 items and still it’s wrong. They are also constantly out of soufflés doesn’t matter if I come at 8 or 9 am

Honestly this place was so dirty and gross. All the employees were rude as can be! I was hoping to get something to eat after a long day of shopping but, all of the employees were terrible. I saw so many people sitting down and not taking orders. I am completely and utterly disgusted with the way this establishment is run. I’m also pretty sure I saw a roach inside.

I keep ordering from here thinking it will be different but the portion sizes on the pick 2 just keep getting smaller and smaller! If I’m paying $16 for a meal I expect more than a sliver of bread and a quarter of a sandwich!

I honestly hate to write reviews but I feel this one is necessary. I’ve gone to this place multiple times and each time I’ve had a not so great experience. It never bothered me that much until today when I got my food. I deciddd to stop here for lunch bc on a day like today I just needed Mac and cheese. To my surprise when I got my food there was hair in it. Like a black piece of long hair sitting right on top of my Mac and cheese. The manager refunded me but I can never eat here again. They should at least where hair nets or have their hair push back. Maybe even a full hat. I’m disgusted

Terrible customer service! The manager at this Panera Bread was extremely rude and argumentative. I asked why I was being charged for bread when it’s supposed to come free with my soup, and instead of fixing the issue, the manager started arguing with me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s not that hard to treat customers with basic courtesy. Won’t be coming back to this location again.
