Happy they're there. Primarily a commercial establishment for Primarily commercial customers. It is what it is. Service (like anyone of glass you showed up to spend your $$) ~ need to be better literally everywhere so I can't pick on Sam's Club. Most of these questions do not apply?

Went for a pre ordered birthday cake for my granddaughter… bakery does nice work.

Cheapest place in area for gas $3.11 today 1/17/23

We purchased 4 tires for our 2015 Nissan Frontier. When picking up vehicle we were informed the technician damaged the rear passenger wheel and we should have it fixed and Sams Club would reimburse us. We took the truck to Nissan and we’re advised the damage was more significant a d would cost $2300.00 to repair. Returning to Sams Club in shock to be told by store manager Kyle, he could not authorize that much money, an insurance claim needed to be filed. So having done that and having been assigned a claim number and adjuster, we wait, and wait. It has been 2 weeks not being able to drive the vehicle. Sams Club did the damage, we just want it fixed! A company as big as Sams Club and we are left inconvenienced, unable to use the vehicle and shocked at the cost of this damage.

We went up to this Sam's because they said they had an item that our local Sam's did not. But when we got there, they were unwilling to "dig them out" of receiving (inventory showed they had 8). They said they might have them out tomorrow, if we wanted to come back They passed on a $400 sale because of bad organization? Horrible customer service. I call to confirm you have an item, you say yes so I drive out to buy it from you but then you refuse to sell it to me. And you wonder why Amazon is taking over?

Staff was friendly & professional.

We went senior morning hours found it to be so orderly with toilet paper, paper towels being handed out at the back of the store. Thank you to the staff for handling the situation of this pandemic with kindness.

This club has changed a lot. 1-The way that the store has been re- arranged is not friendly at all. 2-The new idea of getting the cart with the merchandise on one side and the customer on the other at the register is weird . 3-Also ,we are carded at the door when we all know that we can buy a thing if we don't have the membership card when is time to pay. I have been going to this place for almost 20 years and I've always liked it.
