We purchased 4 tires for our 2015 Nissan Frontier. When picking up vehicle we were informed the technician damaged the rear passenger wheel and we should have it fixed and Sams Club would reimburse us. We took the truck to Nissan and we’re advised the damage was more significant a d would cost $2300.00 to repair. Returning to Sams Club in shock to be told by store manager Kyle, he could not authorize that much money, an insurance claim needed to be filed. So having done that and having been assigned a claim number and adjuster, we wait, and wait. It has been 2 weeks not being able to drive the vehicle. Sams Club did the damage, we just want it fixed! A company as big as Sams Club and we are left inconvenienced, unable to use the vehicle and shocked at the cost of this damage.

It's a Warehouse club. The thing I will praise them for is how they have improved their curbside pick up. They now have a good routine going that is easy to use and pretty quick. I placed my order this morning about 10am and picked it up just after 1pm. Keep it up and I'll keep using it, makes it so easy!

Who is out here giving this Sam's Club anything less than 5 stars? This is a review for SAM'S not the customers..if I am trying to review the customers....that would be an entirely different conversation. This Sam's is well organized, well stocked, and well staffed even during Covid times. You can also order online and do curbside pickup. I prefer to use their self checkout lines (you just scan your membership card). Sam's Club is a joy. The best thing about Sam's Club is that they sell Veuve for under $35. How can you complain about a place that is selling Veuve for $35?? Kudos to Sam's Club. Keeping it real and keeping us safe.

Wanted to give a huge shoutout to this Sam's Club pharmacy. Candice, Natasha and Mallory were fantastic and were able to help me get the COVID vaccine. They're extremely organized in their setup, and make it easy to sign up/be put on their overflow list. Thank you again!

I work in this plaza and go to their food station around twice a month. Their hotdogs are delicious!! Big, juicy and affordable. I am giving this a one start because HOW can a huge store like Sams club be OUT OF STOCK mustard and ketchup for its dogs??? HOW??? I understand if they are out of single serve due to COVID availability, but then open a container from your shelf and put some in plastic to go 2oz cups. FYI: This is not just a one time thing. They have been out of ketchup and mustard both my Jan and feb trips to their food station. (4 times!)

Sam's is a must for me for what seems like 20+ years. I use them for my Pharmacy (they also price match). Bulk items, home items and basically everything. The rotisserie chicken is lower priced than I can buy and cook and makes a quick meal, soup starter or sandwich. The Membership I have also pays back a percentage of my purchases that more than offsets the yearly membership.

We went up to this Sam's because they said they had an item that our local Sam's did not. But when we got there, they were unwilling to "dig them out" of receiving (inventory showed they had 8). They said they might have them out tomorrow, if we wanted to come back They passed on a $400 sale because of bad organization? Horrible customer service. I call to confirm you have an item, you say yes so I drive out to buy it from you but then you refuse to sell it to me. And you wonder why Amazon is taking over?

I want to take a moment to thank Sam's Club (at Park and Belcher) and their amazing employees for helping us through this crisis situation. I know we are all busy and stressed about buying and keeping the groceries in our kitchen pantry,and you may not get enough credit and appreciation that you all deserve. Being a health care provider, it's such a challenging task to buy the grocery for my family with kids and I was able to get the grocery with ease at Sam's. Big thank you to Sam's club and it's amazing employees. Each one of you were kind and courteous, and were ready to to help in any every way possible in these difficult times. They had kept the carts clean and aisle full of groceries and produce with due diligence. Most importantly, you all had smiles on your face and being considerate about all the customers, despite all the challenges in your lives. Please know that you all are in my prayers. Advertised curbside pickup (compromised Seniors), yet would not honor that and required to snake our way throughout entire store to get to pickup counter for an online order. There are locations that do curbside, but were not advised online that Pinellas Park was NOT one. Employees very rude, not seeming to understand the dangers of exposure, especially when we were NOT prepared to enter store. Nasty way to get business, promise something then not deliver!

I had never been to this Sam's Club before and I was quite impressed. As with all Sam's stores, it's like a huge maze. I wish that there was more uniformity to their store's layout. I was able to find what I had come for. I am very glad that they also had a goodly number of self checkout because I only had a few items. I would definitely recommend this location. They had a convenient gas station island area.
