Showed up during my lunch break. Was never greeted neithery presence acknowledged. Even changed my location and proximity to a different employee. Nada. Left and went to Dunkin as that's my preferred coffee spot anyway. This franchise was only closer. Shrug*. My money they won't ever get.

I have been a loyal Starbucks fan for over 15 years and have spent thousands of dollars at Starbucks. I'm a business professional that travels all over the Gulf coast to Florida and frequent Starbucks because of the ability to use Wi-Fi for business. Today I was greeted by Erika which basically told me I had to leave if I didn't buy something that their Wi-Fi is only for their customers. This is the first time I have experienced this at any location and told her I would just leave and not come back.i can't believe this is what Starbucks has come to. I won't be returning to this location or any location going forward. The crazy part is if I were homeless I could charge my phone and use the bathroom and get free water. Best Wishes ! ✌️

I was denied to have any cup of water I've had enough caffeine for the day I need hydration
So i am to have coffee in coffee company that serves mainly COFFEE, asking to have a shot of regular COFFEE in my double espresso just so its not strong as usual, after waiting 10 minutes for my COFFEE from Coffee company, i was told that they can’t do the shot of regular coffee since they be doing a extra brew and thats not possible, hm… COFFEE SHOP that does not brew fresh COFFEE or at least offers Espresso that runs a tad LONGER as regular, no wonder that people are boycotting more and more. I spilled something and had to clean it up myself as there was only eyes rolling from the barista but no offers to help…

Awful experience. This is one of our go to locationa because of work…. Today not only was the wait LOOOONG, the refresher we ordered has barely any fruit in it and my coffee was filled with ice to the top! We will be avoiding this location from now on.
