The manager here is something to be desired. I come here often since it's close to my house. I've hesitated writing anything because I thought it was just a fluke. The manager (short haired with glasses) loves to berate and frankly embarass his employees. He seems to enjoy reprimanding them, using his hands while doing so, speaking rudely and curtly and in their personal space in front of everyone in the establishment over things that should probably be discussed later on, not around customers. (Things done wrong, or inadequately in his eyes). This has been numerous occasions and today i felt absolutely awful for the one employee who just kept looking around to see if anyone was noticing this. This is not the norm "happy, cheery" starbucks employees like other places. They seem afraid to say anything, or have any sort of emotion around him. Great service, but almost like they are like robots around him. Great team, not a great leader!

Genuinely some of the nicest and sweetest people I've ever met - been going to them for a while now and it always helps to make my day feel just a little bit better especially when it's going bad. Every one here is super patient, friendly and they have a genuine interest in how other people are doing - makes me beam every time I come here and they don't mind me having a harder time speaking louder.100% think anyone in the area should give them a visit.

Went to this Starbucks to get a coffee before work walked in at 8:50am waited until about 9:07 until one of the baristas was like “what’s your name” told her my name still no one starts making my coffee around 9:11 I am wanting a refund because that is ridiculous. I was the only customer they had in the building for the most part and I ordered an ice coffee with nothing in it! Seems to be full of staff while one person is making drinks. After asking for the refund no one seems to be concerned about someone waiting almost 20 minutes for an iced coffee. No wonder America runs on Dunkin. That was my last time at this location.

Extremely slow service despite many staff. Everybody that came in after us got their orders before we got ours. Our food was cold just waiting on one drink. They mixed up orders too.

Had to ask for Cream Foam on my Chocolate Cold Brew... It's in the name of the drink. They straight up gave me just cold brew... I asked light ice and to sub with the sugar free syrup, they ignored both requests! I even tipped! Would not recommend this location.
