First time ever trying this establishment and was very disappointed. I was given the salad, wrong dressing, & they forgot my milkshake. I returned the food to the counter and waited over 10 minutes to get the correct salad & my shake. By now, the rest of my party had already finished eating. I was not wowed by the food to compensate for the multiple errors. Definitely not going to be eating there again.

They need to staff more people here. Poor girl was working hard to fulfill orders from the store, online, and drive through all at once. Door dashers were waiting there for over 10 minutes.

Placed an order for pickup while waiting in the parking lot. Joined the drive-thru line at the designated time and still had to wait for 5 mins without anyone saying anything to me. And then had to wait longer after they did. Employees need better customer service skills!
