Went to eat at Zaxbys today, staff told me the ac is out and the district manager doesn't want to fix because it costs too much.. really? How disappointing. Stop with the cheap crap! Get it done! It's 90+ outside you need ac!

Pulled up and checked the reviews before going in. Saw it was an unacceptably low 3.9 and decided not to eat here. Sick of rolling the dice on hit-and-miss fast food establishments. Since you had a terrible score that prevented me from eating there, I had a bad experience. Do better.

Absolutely disappointed with my recent visit to Zaxby's. I spent $30 on what was supposed to be a delicious meal, only to receive chicken that was completely burnt and inedible. It looked like it had been cooked twice as long as necessary. I couldn't even take a second bite—it was that bad. For the price I paid, I expected way better quality and attention to detail. Will definitely think twice before coming back.
Staff is always cool and polite. Food is ALWAYS hitting the spot, they’re the only Zaxbys I go to.

Drive thru, No Napkins, straws, sauces. I mean seriously how hard is it? Absolutely trash. The crazy part is that wasn’t even busy we where the only people in drive thru and no cars in lot.
