I want to give a shout out to Apulia Osteria Italiana. Yesterday, they went out of their way to prepare a dish for a gentleman on hospice that we care for. The dish brought a smile upon him that we haven’t seen in quite awhile! Thank you to the staff that made this possible❤️ and Thank you for such a lovely display of kindness!
This is the first and last stop of any Florida trip for us....and many stops in between! We particularly enjoy the ossa buco and eggplant, but Chef Dario has a keen eye for specials to bring in..... like swordfish or branzino. Sheila has graciously provided me with Apulia's spicy olive oil, and more importantly.... the means by which to make it myself! She always has a hug and a smile, and Dario is just as friendly!
