We had dinner here last night & our server up sold us on take home meals for $10. So, we ordered 3 take home meals. Please do not sell a burnt meal. My 10 year old went to eat his chicken marsala. It smelt burnt & tasted burnt. Will not order take home meals again. I just gave you $10 plus a tip.

I had a great experience at Carrabba’s thanks to our amazing server, Joseph W. He was friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome.
Joseph recommended the Toscana Filet and shrimp, and I’m so glad I took his suggestion — it was delicious! The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, just like we asked, and the pasta had plenty of sauce.
He also suggested the Cannoli Cake for Two, which was incredible — honestly, it could’ve served four! The pistachio crumbs on top really made the whole thing. Joseph also kept our drinks full the entire time and checked in at all the right moments without being overbearing.
We’ll definitely be coming back — thank you, Joseph, for your excellent service and spot-on recommendations!

I catered Carrabbas and needed to change the time for delivery the day before and couldn’t figure out how to get ahold of the catering people so I spoke to Fawn from the Townsgate plaza in plant city.
I honestly couldn’t believe how amazing and helpful Fawn was. She made my stressed out day preparing for the baby shower so much better She was sweet and kind and so helpful. No one is helpful these days so to say she made my day was not an overstatement. Thank you Fawn. I really appreciated you more than you know.

I’ve never taken my 16 year old to Carrabba’s, and I’m so happy I introduced her this evening. IAN was phenomenal and genuine - gave us excellent recommendations on a 4 course meal and drinks. I’m planning to make this a regular spot for my family dinner outings!
