I have to say as a food delivery driver this is the worst service. After waiting and the staff avoiding eye contact I finally asked one of them if they had a designated person to handle Uber or Dash orders. The response was, "yeah, we all do." Then she just went back to what she was doing. Like my question was an inconvenience. Starbucks is even busier and I never get an attitude. I personally would never order at this place. Don't have food delivery if it's such an inconvenience.

Due to no fault of my own, I was embarassed by an employee, and made to give my food back in front of a bunch of other people. I don't think I'll be going back any time soon.

The donuts were good. We had a dozen donuts that included: 2 Jelly Donuts, 2 Bavarian Creme, 2 Chocolate Glazed, 2 Chocolate with Sprinkles, 4 Glazed Donuts. I will say this dozen donuts didn't last long... they were good!
I tried to use a gift card I had through the Dunkin Donuts site, but there was no place to use the gift card. I tried to enter the order for reward points, but I couldn't find a place to do so. I sent them a message asking for the receipt to be added. In awaiting a response.

My go to coffee spot, I will not go to the one downtown or the one on Mcintosh. The one here at thonotosassa is the best and has the best employees!!!

Always very appetizing to see flies flying around in the doughnut case while picking out your doughnuts and the employees doing nothing to get it out. Must happen so much they are conditioned to it and do not care any further about doing anything about it!

My doughnut was tossed in the bag upside down, so the cream on top stuck to the bag. They had a thing on the counter for tips for exceptional service, well you have to at least give good service.

Extremely disappointing visit to Dunkin Donuts. Multiple issues:
1. Charged for cups of tap water, which is unusual and feels like nickel-and-diming customers.
2. Asked if I wanted my honey bacon sandwich on a croissant. I said yes, but they didn't accommodate this simple request.
3. Sandwiches were served cold - cheese wasn't even melted. Completely unacceptable for a "hot" sandwich.
4. Hash brown bag was only half full, providing poor value for money.
5. Felt rushed at the drive-thru, adding to the poor customer experience.
Overall, the service was subpar, food quality was well below expectations, and portion sizes were lacking. Would not recommend this location.
