My Favorite dunkin in the Area! Very welcoming staff and manager Any questions I have they are quick to answer and are very helpful ..
The area is small it’s connected to a gas station but I mainly go thru drive thru! Which they are pretty fast!

Today I ordered my usual coffee 4 cream/8 sugar and a bagel toasted with cream cheese . The coffee was disgusting and staff was not polite . I asked for a manager to replace my order I was rudely greeted and was unapologetic terrible customer service .by Ninfa which told me she can replace the coffee but rudely not my bagel . I always stop at this Dunkin because it’s close by my job at a nearby nursing facility . After she told me she could not remake the bagel she proceeded to throw it in the trash . Why would you throw away something I paid for that you cannot remake ?I’m disappointed in the way I was treated and spoken to I will be escalating this further

Very friendly and good service! The guy in the window was nice and easy to talk to. I ordered 2 large vanilla iced coffees. They definitely made them right! $8 and some change for 2 large coffees isn't bad considering I know I spent way more on two iced coffees at other shops!

I give this location Five stars because every morning on my way to work I stop by this location in plant city. The crew is awesome they know my order before I even say it , lol but I’m a regular. The store is always clean, drinks are always made right. The managers are amazing awesome women very hard workers. I love the food the drinks the donuts. Shot out to this amazing Dunkin Crew the team and the managers Ninfa and Jamie. Thank you guys your amazing!!!!

We arrived with a good selection of donuts. Tasted a bit stale but lots to choose from at 11pm. Great and fast service from the 1 worker. We kind of felt bad. But she was efficient and served us quick.

I go to this location everyday. I purchased a large Dunkin’ Donuts tumblar, asked the manager there if I’m able to come there and refill it with ice coffee. She said absolutely. Two days later there was a sign posted in the drive through window saying no refills allowed in tumblar cups. I have gone to other Dunkin’ Donuts locations and there are no restrictions on refills. From tampa to Brooksville and even the other the other plant city location and have no problem with refills. I complained and the manger from this location called me and said due to COVID they don’t do refills. What the hell!!! Covid was 5 years ago. ITS OVER AND GONE!!! Really? And this is the only location that does this. Now mind you I told this manager I literally go to this location EVERYDAY!!! She said she was sorry but that’s the rules. Well I’m sorry not sorry you just lost my everyday business. Makes no sense.
