I give my kids money in the morning to go there before school and on multiple occasions a manager/employee has threatened to call the school on my kid …my concern is that they don’t say anything till they’ve purchased something. I understand not wanting student in your facility but waiting till after they spend money in your place of business is unacceptable. I respect all rules and respect peoples boundaries but I do think it’s unacceptable to kick my kids out with a whole bunch of food .

I was painting all morning and decided to stop at this location for a quick bite to eat !Wow!! What friendly and kind employees here this afternoon. I’ve been here many times but today was Amazing !! I was treated like family and I don’t even know these Awesome Employees!! Anastasia Bennett and Kamron Gram you made my day ! I give ya’ll ten stars on customer service and so much kindness!! Just left Dunkin’ Donuts and paid over $14 for one dozen donuts. This will probably be my last visit to Dunkin’ Donuts except to get an occasional coffee. I can go to Walmart or Publix or Winn-Dixie and get a dozen dozen donuts for way less than this price. If you look at my photos, you’ll also see that it appears the size of the donuts have gotten smaller.

All I can say is. Don't go here y'all...1. Ordered 2 wake up wraps for me and my mom. Waited 20 minutes, went up and asked where it was and it wasn't even made yet. This was during afternoon downtime so there was no rush.2. Found a LUMP of hair. NOT a single strand in my mom's food. Sure I got her a refund but my mom threw up in the process.I have no clue who made my food. I wish I asked but there's no way all that hair just casually fell in.3. There is a fly problem now.4. Frost bitten ice cream. To the point there's just straight up ice on the top.

I got the white vanilla filled donuts and they have maybe a half a teaspoon of vanilla cream in it.
So rare to find excellent customer service these days but I want to tell you that your employee named Servando is outstanding!!! He went above and beyond to help me order the right coffee for my complicated daughter. She only knew the coffee that she liked from Starbucks. He took his time to make the perfect blend for her and she actually likes it better than the Starbucks coffee that she wanted!! The last time we went to a Dunkin' Donuts (the one on county line) we left before we even ordered because the employees were visibly annoyed that we were even in their store. Great job Servando! We will be back:)

Call me basic but I get Pumpkin Spice Signature Iced Lattes every time they're in season. I pass this dunkin donuts regularly in the morning. I don't know what the issue is, but they cannot get this drink right. Of course you don't realize it until you're down the road and go to excitedly drink your fall coffee, and it tastes like coffee water with cinnamon. I just stopped going here at this point which kinda sucks because it's the only Dunkin on my route ?

The coffee was instant not brewed, and stale. The donuts were limited didn'tEven have basic glazed and what we did get tasted a week old. This store has a Baskin Robbins and there was no ice cream or shakes, I was told that they didn't have the ingredients and the truck is coming tomorrow. Totally
