When I went at 1 pm i had to wait 45 minutes to a hour for my food and they forgot my drinks and my drinks! They made two but didn’t make anymore drinks! i had to go up there and say something! I gave them some time because they had cars in the drive thru. i hate to be the person to complain!
Great milkshakes!! The guy who made them was actually working. However, whoever was in the lobby must’ve been friends of the workers but were talking SOO LOUD like they owned the place. Screaming over the counters at the workers I guess being funny when it was just awkward and embarrassing lol. If I was the owner id want to know. We were not the only customers either.
Order a Multigrain Bagel extra toasted and they didn't even toasted I went back so they can replace my Bagel and they said they don't have no more Multigrain Bagels😔😔

Dunkin' offers a mixed experience. Some customers praise the friendly service and feeling like family. However, others have had issues with wrong orders and high prices. One customer was delighted with the exceptional service. The donuts were tasty. The Egg & Chorizo wrap was smaller than expected for the price. Ice cream was also mentioned as tasty. They were out of stock of some items. The staff was really friendly and wanting to satisfy, even though they were tired. Some customers felt the donuts were overpriced and smaller than before. The ice cream looked like it had been sitting for a while (old) and did not taste fresh. They did not have butter pecan. The Elf Creature Creation was $4.99 but then charged $0.99 for the ice cream. It seems like Dunkin' may be hit or miss depending on the visit.
