Really friendly people here. Coffee was really good. They were busy here. I can tell they have not properly cleaned the bathroom in a really long time. This makes me wonder about their back of house.....🤔 As a former inspector, I already know the answer. They had a lot of ice cream here. That was different for me. Nice option in Florida. They have handicap parking and a drive thru.

When I went at 1 pm i had to wait 45 minutes to a hour for my food and they forgot my drinks and my drinks! They made two but didn’t make anymore drinks! i had to go up there and say something! I gave them some time because they had cars in the drive thru. i hate to be the person to complain!

Dunkin' offers a mixed experience. Some customers praise the friendly service and feeling like family. However, others have had issues with wrong orders and high prices. They were out of stock of some items. The staff was really friendly and wanting to satisfy, even though they were tired. Some customers felt the donuts were overpriced and smaller than before. The ice cream looked like it had been sitting for a while (old) and did not taste fresh. They did not have butter pecan. The Elf Creature Creation was $4.99 but then charged $0.99 for the ice cream. It seems like Dunkin' may be hit or miss depending on the visit.
