Great atmosphere. I recommend this place for everyone
First time visiting and the many different flavors are amazing as well as the delicious ice cream. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would suggest if you’re in the area stop by
Snacks were good. I bought a mangonada and a bunch of paletas de Leche and Agua. It's definitely a spot to go to. Its too bad there's not one close to me.

Horrible service. The girl who helped us had a nasty attitude. On top of that gave us the wrong item didn’t realize it until we got home. If I could I would give 0 stars. The attitude ruined our appetite.

We ordered and we were with someone, they rung the person we were with and then the little girl just left the register, we assumed she was coming back. But nope she never did. She went to take other customers orders. Then another employee came to the register and just basically told us to move out the way and didn't ask if we were waiting and rang up his customers. I told the boy that we were there first and have been waiting to pay and he ignored us and rang up his customer and the customer was like im sorry I didnt know, but no apology from the employee. And he didn't even ask us anything. Then the NEXT employee came with her customer and didn't ask us anything, and then i told her excuse me we were here first were waiting to pay. And then she had the audacity to also tell the other customer to go in front of us and ring him up. These workers need retraining, know nothing about customer service.
