The cleanest McDonalds I have seen in years
Hit or miss here like every other mcds. The one on mcintosh is a little bit better they are nicer.. this location on Thonotosassa always has you pull up to a parking spot and wait 10-30 minutes for food lol or like today wrong coffee order. Also since they took away pennies they don’t round up like they are supposed to. It’s not abt the $. But if I were to be short a couple cents they wouldn’t give me my food.. so theirs also that. Absolutely horrible and embarrassing. Food took 30 minutes to get. Even the DoorDash drivers were getting aggravated. When I finally got my food, I was missing my bun. While waiting for my food, one gentleman was missing an item, the staff member put it in a bag and threw it at the guy.
