My husband took me out for my birthday tonight 3/7/2024, we got seated and sat there waiting for over 20 minutes for someone to come take our drink order, I was just about to get up and walk out when a young waitress that was not supposed to be our waitress walked by and stoped and asked if we have been helped, I was agrivated and said NO BUT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING A LONG TIME!! She was very professional and sweet and took very good care of us. As we were leaving I asked the lady at the front desk who was the assistant manager if i could please speak to the General Manager and she was quick to say no he not here when clearly I knew he was there, and she said "why" I said I just wanted to let him know our waitress I'm sorry I forgot her name and the lady said her name and said WHY, WHAT DID SHE DO?? Mind you she said this very HATEFUL, I said no no I just want to say she was awesome and I want to say and before could say any more this lady interrupts me and say ya ya I know the waitress told you stuff and I don't know what she said but I was busy and can't leave to help customers! And I said I don't know why you are getting loud and acting like this but all I want to say is I appreciate our waitress and how wonderful she is and then I walked out. This lady was aweful and rude to me!!!! I would like the General manager to reach out to me.I will be updating this review to let you know if me and the General manager talked as this was a night my husband wanted me to feel special and happy and the assistant manager ruined it for me?.

Had no idea what this place was about. I was turned off by the logo of crabs and their motto of "juicy". BUT, I was told it was good and to try it out. So glad I did. The food was really good and the prices were not that bad. You get what you pay for, so I thought it was a good value.
