Wingstop East Washington Street (#1226 was rude with terrible customer service before I left I said thank you appreciated some dude said we dnt appreciate it. I spent $62 for them to forget my ranch when I asked for terrible attitudes…Please do better on your customer service
Good taste, nice design of packaging
I ordered a 6-piece bone-in Hot Honey wings meal, and upon opening the container, I found that nearly half of the box was filled with grease. This made the food unappetizing and not up to the quality I have come to expect.
When I called the store to report the issue, I was offered only a 15% discount and repeatedly told that I should have brought the order back for a remake. Unfortunately, I was on a 30-minute lunch break, and given that it takes me 15 minutes each way...read full review
