I have never seen a Starbucks like this before took too long and the girl taking drive thru orders was extremely rude and insulting from what I can see there are a lot of bad reviews this store should be closed at this location.

I asked double shot extra besides the shots already included. I got charged for it and the lazy lady she just said. Oh, it already has 3 shots. I was charged for 2 more. The iced caramel must show dark brown not vanilla if she has added the 5 shots shown. The lady didn’t pay attention to my request and she continued talking with her coworkers. Bad service

Want to be disappointed first thing in the morning? Then this is your place. Consistent... at being out of stock. Customer service, nope- none of that either. I order the same drink every day, yet I'm greeted with a vastly different beverage each time. Will drive out of my way to go to another location.

Arrived at 5pm, When I ask for Free homemade Starbucks cups associate said those offering was sold out at 9am. Starbucks app developers should stop showing offer view if they’re sold out or they should have marked as offer gone.

This place is on my way home, so I stop every now then. They always get the drink formulas wrong. No other starbucks I stop at has this problem.

Rude I had a mobile order of a hot tea and coffee, not a big deal for a barista to make. I understand things get behind however when half my order came out and I was still waiting I politely asked about my mobile order and was told they are behind and was just blankly stared at, didn’t ask for my name or offer to help any further. Clearly drive through was priority. I placed mobile order at 6:24a and got attitude and didn’t get my complete order until 6:40a . This Starbucks should work on making their partners happier because they all acted like they didn’t want to be there and it truly showed.

This is the slowest Starbucks ever. I order my drink when I’m 8 miles away on average that is 12 mins until I get there. I will ALWAYS end up waiting another 5-30 mins for my food and drink. Most of the time my food is cold before I get my drink. If you’re in a hurry or want hot food don’t go there if you have other options.
