I love everything about this place: food, and service. The owner is very sweet and kind always willing to please her customers. Please don’t get discouraged if at the time you visit you don’t receive the best service, always give it 2nd, & 3rd chances. Maybe due to live circumstances the owner might not be there and not all the employees might have the best service but keep on coming and you won’t regret it once you receive the owner’s customer oriented services.

Today we witnessed a disabled lady being verbally attacked because they gave her raw food. This lady left crying which broke my heart. The attitude was unnecessary. The woman taking orders was in a really bad mood. She's awful. We left after that and did not order. We also witnessed a few other people leaving because no one was taking our orders and it was extremely hot.

Our family went in today for the first time to enjoy the petting zoo and strawberry picking and we stopped here to eat but we regretted it. Our family was treated awful and there were others complaining about the wait time to order and orders coming out wrong. Customer service was the worst.

I'm saddened because I watched this front desk lady verbally attack my aunt for an order that was wrong. Food was also disgusting.

Rude customer service, & really bad food. We visited as a whole family and were in disbelief with how bad it was. It takes about 30 minutes to an hour to place an order and about another 30 minutes to an hour to get the food. We saw so many people waiting and getting orders wrong and the front desk lady being rude. Not recommend.

Omg this was the worst experience I ever had. I ended up crying embarrassed by the lady who took our order. The tamale was raw. When I say raw I mean completely raw. We than notice the pupusa are out both in the same plate but no one marked them as to what was what. I ended up with revuelta and one with cheese and beans but we did not know which was which. We kindly asked her and she said she didn't know either. She wouldn't help us so I asked for a refund after the third time trying to get her to help us. Tacos were awful, tough barbacoa, tacos broke apart and were dry. Needless to say, I will definitely not recommend this place and will not be going back after she caused me heart palpitations from the stress. She started to get loud and it was so embarrassing. A lot of people were leaving because orders weren't being taken and a few were complaining about their orders. Again, avoid this place like the plague.

If you are craving pupusas, this is THAT place! I had the frijole y queso and spinach y queso.100% ate it up and 100% recommended!!!!!

Tacos de pollo, was ok, tacos al pastor good. Watermelon sandía was perfect. But the costumer service not so good. If you have a menu and you don’t actually have it just fix your menu. And if you are the one who’s cooking do it with love, online you hate the world.
