I order 2 T-bone steak and egg with one cheese only on one hash brown and the other hash browns we’re supposed to be covered, smothered and chunked meals for take out with a side order of grits. When I got back to my hotel room I discovered that the grits were not in the bag. Then I found out that my hash browns were not what I ordered either. Now I tried calling the restaurant multiple times that night. Not once did I ever get to talk to a human being. I only heard a recording being played over and over multiple times before cutting the call off. I would have taken my order back that same night but it was pouring rain and I had to walk to go get it initially.

If the service was just slightly better I would have given 5 stars. Overall, it's clean (most of the time), the food has always been very good, and most of the staff are friendly and provide good customer service.

Crappy WH. Not too clean, no one greeted me when I came in. Found a stop at the countered and waited a good 5 minutes before anyone even talk to me and wiped down the table. WH changed their menu: omelets are not listed, but you can ask for them (work from memory on what the options are). Wait staff doesn't call out the orders with response by the cooks, they now whisper them and wait quietly behind the cook (there was only one) for it to be ready. My food was "cold" and no one checked back on me after serving it. Server was nice, but unengaged (they were all unengaged). I've been eating at WH for most of my life and this was not a WH. Should have gone the the McDonald's next door.
Vegetarian options: New menu, nothing labeled ... even the veggie omelet I ordered wasn't on the menu.

Went in on 12/2 at about 7pm. The restaurant was only about a quarter full and there were three workers. I was completely ignored walking and and sitting down. The waitress did not even acknowledge me. She was apologizing to other customers saying that the wait would be a long time , which was fine. I was willing to wait. But then she started taking an order for the couple that walked in 10 minutes after I did. And still had not taken my drink order at all. This location is not understaffed, the staff does not know how to manage their customers properly. I ended up going to another location that had even less staff and was greeted and waited on right away

Eight here over the weekend I asked for a patty melt, which it didn’t taste like that no onions in it or nothing all it was a hamburger with toast the hamburger meat was tough and tasted funny I ignored my tuition about the hamburger meat. Then I started on the potatoes and the potato had hair in it. no one asked anyone at our table if we needed any more coffee or anything else to drink. They just seem really not wanting to be bothered trying to get their attention, wasn’t easy after waiting 15 minutes this is the food we got the other people at my table, lost their appetite when they saw hair in my food we got up and left after paying the bill
Food was horrible paid for cheese didn’t receive it. Today is Nov 2nd 10:52pm. We should have left when we saw customers leaving with food still on plate. Bread was hard I couldn’t eat it. Grits tasted like water???

It's a waffle house, it's what you expect. But the folks that work here are always nice and friendly, which I feel makes the food taste just a bit better than the other places. The hash brown bowls are good and filling too.

Never had an issue at this Waffle House until today. Sat waiting for over 15-20 minutes waiting for a table to be cleared. No one ever acknowledged us, no one was cleaning the tables and there was at least 8-10 employees inside the building. Idk if it was shift change or something and that’s why there was so many workers. There were at least 3-4 table with dirty plates on them waiting to be cleaned and 2 very small tables open, however for a party of 3 people it’s very challenging to fit in the small tables.
