Instead of going to a fast food restaurant or a coffee shop, I come here where I know everything taste great, will make my body feel and look great, and I will have the energy to take advantage of my day. It feels like a cheat day without cheating. Guilt free 🤣

Amazing spot! Great service, clean, and tasty menu all around! She had vegan options that taste great for my son. Nutrition waffles and oatmeal are super filling. You will feel full and satisfied without feeling tired when you leave. I’m ready to run a mile 😬

Friendly staff, great shakes and protien waffles are so good.

Let’s start with saying the smoothie is the way smoothie in this area. The owner is so nice and has such a good energy about her. Will definitely be back thank you so much!

This place is great. The shakes taste great and have great macros. Would highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth but don’t want to eat garbage. The (assuming) owners that work behind the counter are really friendly.Try the Caramel Frappuccino here instead of Starbucks next time!

First time at 954 Nutrition Spot (I already tried a Tea bomb at an event and liked it) and I tried the Banana Bread Shake and Raspberry Tea Bomb Combo and it was soooo good! It is like having a treat without the guilty feeling. The shake is loaded in protein and I liked that it is dairy free. The tea gave me a great boost of energy! I will definitely be back. + the service was really good! Thanks Luis.

As always I MUST come to the "Hidden Gem" otherwise known as the 954spot. Usually I get the DELICIOUS praline walnut oatein but i've been sampling the menu and guys it gets BETTER and BETTER!! today i had the Mardi Gras energy tea with a pumpkin shake (i forgot the full name but i was HOOKED on the flavor) and a PROTEIN PUMPKIN PIE SLICE!!! (It's pumpkin season so I'm excited) everything is delicious and my only regret was that i should have gotten 4 slices instead of 2.. lol. The owners are such sweet people! Mr Luis and miss Emily are truly wonderful people and you'll instantly smile when they talk to you. They make you feel welcome and the atmosphere is always so nice and positive. Again it's PUMPKIN SEASON sample that pumpkin menu guys super delicious and healthy for us AT THE SAME TIME

My first time here today!! Experience was wonderful!! And the owners are such sweet people. I got the Praline Walnut Oatmeal bowl since it was very popular and I definitely see why. It was DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!❤️❤️❤️ ?? They welcome you and treat you like family. The atmosphere was nice and I did not want to leave. They went the whole 9 yards to make sure my meal was perfect and also gave me some recommendations for next time.I will definitely be returning here and I hope your business continues to flourish!! Shakes are amazing, flavorful and great on macros. A healthy dessert, meal replacement, post workout for sweet cravings. The attention and service provided by Luis and his wife is also incredible!

Luis is the best! This place never fails to make the best shakes, teas and snacks! I come almost everyday after the gym and i highly recommend. Shakes will keep you full!

I had a great experience at 954 spot , they were very welcoming and educated me on there nutritional drink. Not only do they have and aesthetic look they taste amazing. Visiting from Boston I could say it’s probably in my top 3 nutritional spots highly recommend 10/10. best healthiest shake I had ever had!!
