Excellent food, excellent service, it is a very comfortable and pleasant place to eat and celebrate with family, the only observation I make is to make improvements to the bathrooms, for everything else Excellent

If you’re Arab you for sure have heard of Al Natour if you’re in south FL and if you’re not but like Middle Eastern food then someone has probably told you about this place. I will start with what I recommend from here: family mixed platter, it feeds a few people and definitely get it with the spicy rice (which isn’t actually spicy anymore but it tastes so good). The kibbehs are delicious. Their hummus is also good (if you’re vegan this a good option for you). I think their shawarma is pretty good and I love their chicken kefta kabeb (it tastes so good and so much more tender than their regular kefta). The falafel is ok (another vegan option). It’s a good place for families or big gatherings. During Ramadan they offer iftar buffets which I recommend but I recommend during this time to reserve as they easily get packed. If you need to cater this is a great place to do it, we usually either cater a few family platters with appetizers or order mensaf (this is sometimes a hit or miss). Parking sometimes can be difficult right in front of the restaurant but if you’re willing to take a few extra steps you’ll find more parking a little further away in the parking lot. The warbat(kulej) and knafe (chinefa) are good, I recommend ordering a tray to be freshly made if you’re having a gathering. Service is typically good. I do think it’s time they remodel inside or make it a little nicer but it’s ok. Food is HALAL which is always a plus. Overall I’d recommend this place. Prices are also reasonable compared to other Middle Eastern restaurants.Vegetarian options: Hummus, baba ghanoush, falafel, lentil soupParking: Free parking. The lot is big, if you don’t find right in front of the restaurant if you drive in a little more you’ll find additional parking.

Enjoyed eating here. As always, with Middle Eastern cuisine, the salads are super yummy and super fresh. Meat and fish dishes, including rice were well seasoned. Houmous was smooth and went well with the flat bread.

To begin with, the restaurant is a rip-off. Five of us had the Ramadan buffet there, including an eight and a ten-year-old girl. The adult buffet was $35, and the kids' buffet was $15. The $130 worth of food, which was already overpriced, ended up costing $180. When I complained about the gratuity and service tax, the manager became very upset and said that we were served by their waiters, which is not true since it is a self-serve buffet. Imagine paying an extra $50 on a $130 bill—a total rip-off.

This restaurant has an amazing atmosphere to match the phenomenal food they serve. Everything that we had ordered broke our expectations, so much so to the point where I'd wished to have a second stomach just so I could enjoy the food for longer. This place is a must whenever you're in Florida. Nothing topped it during my vacation!

The quality of the food here has gone down dramatically. Don't know what's going on. They have also become very greedy, charging people 4% credit card fee to use your credit card to pay. That makes no sense when you are there to spend money in this business. Credit card fee is your cost to doing business. It's also part of your business expense to get written off.

I give it 1 star only because this place has cheap quality food that was made by cheap ingredients, quality was bad I'll never go there anymore . The Iftar buffet is not worth it I don't think anyone liked their sweet Qattayef was made with bad quality of walnuts even the cheese wasn't the best they were fried but the cheese was still cold didn't unfreeze completely..If you really want to eat Iftar in Ramadan and enjoy it, go to the Bakistani restaurant it's in the same plaza and it's only $14 per person, more delicious food and friendly people over there. They would never add any hidden fees
