Ordered online from parking lot. 2 sliders and a large fry. There were a few cars in drive thru when I was waking in. They served every car in drive thru before I got my order. Was only about 15 minute wait, but I figured my food was being cooked fresh. Came out to car and fries were definitely not hot. Had to go ask for fresh fries. The chicken slider was stuck to the paper and side of bun was hard. Definitely put in microwave. I was excited to eat here because I used to love there fries, but the food was just was not good.

Drove out of my way to get the limited time King's Hawaiian brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich. They didn't have the correct bun and when I tasted my sandwich, they put horsey sauce instead dijon spread.

Arby's should stick to Roast Beef!!!I should've known better. But, I expected better. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gone. I ordered the 'Crispy Fish sandwich.' The only difference between this fish sandwich and a box of frozen fish from the supermarket is that if I would've cooked it myself than I am CERTAIN it would've been hot. Sooooooo disappointed. I was the only person in the drive thru (that should've been my first clue) and I literally watched the cashier walk out with a bag, ring up another patron at the counter, and then walk over to the drive thru and hand me that bag. No.... that couldn't be my bag. Yup, it was my bag!!! How could my fish cook that soon? I asked, was it just cooked? She insisted, all of their fish is freshly cooked. I felt the sandwich and it felt luke warm. I asked again, and she repeated the same message (but, this time she added that if I want I could wait 7 min for a fresh order. I thought my order was fresh!!) This was literally my second or third visit to an Arby's restaurant EVER!! And now, I remember why. Not only do I want my $6 back. I want my gas money back. I want my time back. And I want my taste buds to revert back to before I ate this fish sandwich. The taste of batter and tarter sauce. Ugh. Lesson learned. My second thought ... whoever made the commercial for the Crispy Fish sandwich should get an award because it fooled me.

My daughter and I went to Arby's Plantation Florida lastnight (January 26, 2024) and bought a couple of sandwiches. The cashier was really nice... However, the following morning, my daughter ( who is 7 months pregnant) was running some errands and went inside to ask if she could use the restroom and was denied because she wasn't buying anything on that particular morning... Shame on you Arby's, you'll never get another dollar from my family. The worst part is, that's my son's favorite place to eat... NEVER AGAIN ARBY'S..... NEVERRRRRRR AGAIN.

Customer service was not good. Your greeted with impolite children working at the register. even the manager was not a happy camper. Very unprofessional. The worst experience was If your not dining in your not allowed to used the restroom.
