Staff is unaware of promotions and don't care to learn. I went for the Halloween ice cream promo of $1.70. I had an email sent with it.The kid scooping was unaware of the promo. The lady in charge said she would take care of it. They were out of many flavors. There was an empty container of the Reece's pieces in the freezer. I was surprised they left it there. Not all ice cream had labels.I got the 1 scoop of the featured flavor.It rang up at $2.94. I tried to show her the promo with the advertisement. She didn't care nor want to learn of this promotion.I left empty handed. Poor customer service and shabby presentation of product..

Arrived here at 8:10 on a Thursday & they were closed. There was a car full of giggly kids leaving the kit with a box of donuts. Open sign on, Dunkin & Baskin CLOSED. Went to Carvel & was not disappointed ?

Ordered ice cream , didn't have what we ordered, most of them out, they had no spoons , when asked to speak to the manager was told that the manager was not in. Staff don't really care about the store , asked for chocolate chip and pralines n cream I have no idea what I was given but it was not what I had asked for . Ended up just throwing it away . Worse experience ever . Too bad I can't give less than one star

I did a u-turn OUT of this store as I noticed mold on the Ice cream labels (inside the freezer cabinet). Funny enough, I only noticed once one of the loose labels fell into the tub of ice cream the cashier was about to serve me.No thanks ✌?
Good ice creams for the price, but this place needs to be updated and clean it outside a bit.Employees were nice.

One of the two ice cream freezers was broken. The remaining freezer, the ice cream that was inside of it looked like it had partially melted and then refrozen. This particular location was tied to a Dunkin Donuts as well. They did not have the flavors that we wanted, usually flavors that are always available at Baskin Robbins. We ended up getting a small ice cream cake roll and it tasted mediocre-at-best. This location unfortunately was not the quality that we expect from Baskin Robbins at the time of our visit.
