Arrived ahead of the graduation party and attempted to submit orders @940PM but the managers approach was so aggressive and disturbing I decided not to eat there...she excused her behavior by saying she's from NY...smh bad reflection on Bonefish because the staff back in Kissimmee where I live are like my family

Just sad miserable people I'm not sure if it's a lack of training or maybe they're overwhelmed with customers, but for example my friend wasn't sure if she wanted a frozen margarita or strawberry daiquiri & she decided to go with a frozen daiquiri, waiter came back with a frozen margarita, we told her that it was a strawberry daiquiri, and she started arguing with us telling us that's what we ordered and it was our fault, she didn't want to take the drink back until I spoke to a manager instead of just simply taking the drink and bringing a strawberry daiquiri. Not to mention when we went outside I ordered a drink from the bar as we went to sit outside, instead of the bartender bringing my drink they sent a customer, a lonely lady that sits at the bar I guess every day came out and she's like they're looking for you🤣 unbelievable.
