Excellent service, food options, value for the money—especially drink specials. We sat near the bar so it was louder than we prefer for a date night. Overall, the absolute best in all areas. Really enjoy coming to this restaurant and the management, Jaime, is outstanding. She acknowledged and apologized for an incident about a week earlier where they ran out of the special dish. It's that genuine care and personal touch I love the most.
Bonefish outdid themselves with their themed "OZ" dinner. The plates were well thought out, presentation was beautiful a, drinks sparkled with creativity. Certainly the best event we have ever had at Bonefish.
We went to this restaurant for their Halloween tasting event. We've been the regular customers to this restaurant for the past couple of years. I am still recovering from the surgery and made an advance request if they could accommodate me to sit at the booth and due to the dietary restrictions, I can't consume too much alcohol. They were was very attentive and helpful all night. The attention to detail made our night was extremely special. The cocktail was beyond my expectation and the food was delicious! Thank you, Bonefish Grill Plantation.
The curated 3-course meal with drinks is a brunch option if you are in a hurry. I have attended the dinner option and enjoyed it much more. During brunch, it was like the servers were told to rush out each course, even before the previous one was completed.
Bone Fish pairings is 1 of our favorite events. However, this particular night the food was less than adequate including the drinks. We were shocked and very disappointed. We love the Manager Jaime and we actually one the raffle and we wanted the night to match. It's quite possible Chef had an off night but a few people said the same. Will we go again, yes but maybe to a new location or discontinue going altogether.
I went for the cocktail pairing. The scallops were undercooked and fishy. The fish also had a bad smell. The old fashioned was overwhelming with the bitters and the pumpkin drink had way too much purée, the drink was thick almost like a soup.
The desserts are plated so beautifully that they feel gourmet.
The happy hour is awesome..

For yearsss I've been a consistent bonefish grill customer, specifically this (plantation) location because of the service I receive. Dee is THE bartender to see. She's quick, the drinks are well crafted and she's so sweet. Happy hour aka social hour is back so I'm at her bar whenever she's on the clock. Thanks Dee for always being so welcoming and attentive. I'm a forever customer because of you. The food is really good too 😉

Bonefish used to be good. Went back after a couple of years, and the service and food has changed alot. Waitress hardly came around, wasn't attentive had to wait a while to get our check. Food was mediocre, my Butterfish was undercooked not much flavor just with some type of asian spice. The Bang Bang shrimp was drench in a mayo based sauce..Definitely not coming back.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant that I feel needs to be shared. A friend and I arrived with a reservation and were seated at the bar while we waited for our table. When my friend attempted to order a drink, the bartender asked for ID. She only had a photo of her ID (not a physical copy), so the bartender appropriately declined to serve her — which we fully understood and respected.
Once our table was ready, we were seated and a new server asked what we’d like to drink. She did not ask for IDs at that time. About five minutes later, she returned to ask for them. I provided mine, and we explained again that my friend had already been denied at the bar due to not having a physical ID, so we told the server not to worry about the second drink.
What happened next was unexpected and honestly upsetting. The manager came over and accused us of being “sneaky” and trying to get around the ID policy by getting a table — which was not the case at all. We were upfront about the situation and had no issue respecting the policy. Instead of resolving the matter professionally, the manager chose to deny us service entirely — not just for drinks, but for food as well — and asked us to leave the restaurant.
The way this situation was handled felt unnecessarily hostile and presumptive. As adults who came in with a reservation and were willing to comply with ID requirements, being treated as if we were trying to deceive the staff was both embarrassing and uncalled for.
I hope the management takes this as constructive feedback and works on improving how they handle situations like this in the future — with clearer communication, less assumption, and more professionalism.
