Picked up a catering order tonight and the store was jamming. At least five catering orders. All the workers were at full speed. Store could have used more line workers and cooks. Diners who just wanted supper had to wait. Overall, great job

Asked for poultry gravy for my market bowl, since I'm a celiac and can't have the beef gravy (beef one has wheat flour in it). He specified this fact 3 times while ordering so I wouldn't get anything I'm allergic to. They gave us beef gravy instead, without saying anything. Unfortunately I'm highly allergic to it, so I sent my boyfriend back in to get the gravy we asked for. They said they've "never heard of poultry gravy." which is a bit...
