Cafe Cafe is an excellent place with a nice atmosphere. The administration is very good, and the manager is friendly and attentive. The coffee is of high quality, rivaling large chains like Starbucks. The cafe also serves delicious cortaditos with beautiful foam. Despite some minor issues with serving cups and location in a mall, the service is nice, fast, and bi-lingual.
