Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

This is not my typical food choice, but it was convenient so decided to give it a try. It is a fast food style restaurant with 3 vegetarian selections which is pretty impressive for a sub shop as it’s hard to find hot sub options as a veg. Service was fast, prices were fair and food was good.

Today was my 2nd time eating here. The first time we ate here the subs were loaded with meats.Our second time that we came here.We sat inside and the subs barely had any meat.It was full of bread and veggies the ladies at the counter.Did not speak any english and could not understand taking our order. We wish we could have gotten a refund but the staff didn't understand our complaints 😕

Frankly, this was disappointing. I'd read so many good reviews and was excited to come here, but the workers couldn't have cared less that we were there. I had the grilled Italian, my wife the original Cheese steak and both were underwhelming. No real flavor to speak of. For this type of sub, Firehouse Subs, LaSpada, or Jersey Mike's are way better. The one thing that stood out was the bread the subs were in. Outstanding, but I doubt we'll return. And for two 8 inch subs, $24 before tax seems like a lot. Sorry, Capriotti's.

Order online and place your order at least 45 minutes beforehand. I went into the establishment to order and it took over 40 minutes to get my small order. There was only one person ordering before me. They are running into each other, all seem confused about orders.

Found the sandwich simple nothing to get excited about ….. maybe they just dont put the magic on a 5” sandwich. Got the classsic Ital and a TomTurkey

An extra something has to be added so get something added

First impresión upon walking in, the place was nicely decorated, clean and while it seemed inviting, the staff could use a more welcoming attidue as they welcome their customers (not to say they were rude, because they weren't but they seemed rather serious and robotic)

As for the food. I went with an Italian sub in which you could appreciate the freshness of the cut meat; however, nothing stood out over any other fast food, sub restaurant. Not the best presentation, with the bread all squeezed in (maybe while cutting it). It ultimately felt as an overpriced cold sub for $11+ for a small

The sandwich was not anything special; nothing to stand out from other sub places. There was no feeling with the food.. place is nice, well decorated. Service was not special, no smiles, not much more to say. — places grow due to the experience.. not all places realize this..

So I walked In To order some food , yes it was 7:45 but the door was still open , who closes at 7:45 for a fast food restaurant or eatery

$9.00 for half sandwich (Italian) with 3 slices of subway like Also, the thinest slice of tomato I’ve ever seen

First time I. I had the pastrami, they buried it In coleslaw

This time I tried the Italian…. Disappointing

Waited 30 minutes for a small Italian sandwich when I was the only person in line and people who ordered 5 minutes after me got their 7 subs first!! Did nothing for my troubles and they forgot my condiments. The bar is so low.

Chicken chipotle crunch is fire , especially when chef chill on the grill makes it 😎

I ce to pick up an ordet that wasnt ready and the two gentlan in the front treated me like it was a gangsters figth awfull experience. So sad because in the pasth the people working there wete great

Z just made me the best cheesesteak with the best service! Friendly guy with a great attitude. This is how you keep a business running strong, good food great people.
