Caspian Persian Grill

Salad was delicious, main course insufficient and bland. Waitress kept complaining loudly in Persian to an older lady. Very unprofessional making my group of 5 uncomfortable. It really felt like a waste of $240.

Bill includes defacto 20% service charge, no option to choose.

I have been to the Caspian grill many times but not since Covid. I am not sure what happened, but the quality of my favorite dish, Fesenjan (pomegranate chicken) significantly deteriorated. First, the amount of the chicken was insufficient for the cost of $20. They used to give more chicken with the sauce. This was mostly sauce. Worse, the chicken pieces were small and dried out. That was so disappointing because I drove all the way west from the east side of Broward only for this specific dish. Very sad.

I hope the owner(s) reads this: Normally I only order takeout, but I do dine in occasionally. I recently dined in back in early September. The delicious food is what keeps me coming back. However, I wish the attitude of the staff was as pleasant as the food. Everytime I am here I am as polite as I can be and just eat without complaints. It seems like some of the staff members (who I will not mention them by their names) don’t even want to be here and their facial expressions make you feel rather unwelcome. Last time I was here with some family members and even though the service was quick, the lady who served our table seemed like she was ticked off at us even though we did nothing. Another female staff member who was sitting in the corner smoking a cigarette kept eyeing us, but I chose to ignore it because I did not want to make a scene.

I understand that it might not be personal and some people are just miserable, but at least try to pretend like you want your customers here. I hope the next time I come here I will be treated more fairly.

Ordered from here today, the boneless chicken kabob, rice, and khashk bademjoon were great but the koobideh and baarg were just awful. The taste, color and texture were so off. Chef needs to review and make some changes.

I used to this restaurant often but hadn’t been for 2 years. I ordered takeout today and the quality of food has significantly gone down. Waste of money to eat at this place.

Meat is very dry and doesn’t have much flavor
Portions are smaller. The tomato that used to come with the meal was a whole tomato now it’s a slice
Yogurt dip was watered down and had minimal shallots

Bad quality, less food yet the pricing increased. 2 dishes and 1 appetizer for $55. Not worth it

We had a very enjoyable and delicious dinner at Caspian.. The Family Soltani was prepared to perfection! We will certainly go back for more!

I love Caspian specially the young lady that was our server. She is extremely kind, professional and by far the best waitress I have had in Ft. Lauderdale. Always mindful and checked on us making sure we had everything we needed. She works very hard and takes care of everyone in the same manner. I have been coming to this restaurant for over 8 yrs and have never been disappointed. I drive from Naples for the SERVICE and the food. She has never disappointed she is an absolute sweetheart and goes out her way to please every customer. Thank you
