Visiting FL. Was excited to see Persian restaurant near by. Ordered trio kabab and trio stew. Stew was amazing, but the kabab was unfortunately spelled so bad that nobody eat it. Very disappointed.

I've been to a lot of Persian restataurants, and let me be the first to tell you that Caspian Persian Grill is the best of the best! We've been here a few times and every single time we have left happy, full and not being able to wait to come back. Tonight we were served by Sean, and not only was he super friendly but also made sure we were happy and was checking up on us the entire time. Thanks Caspian, for being here! And thank you Sean, for your out of this world service. We will definitely be back!!!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! Horrible service, the servers name is Niousha and she was super rude. There was a 20% service fee charged that was not mentioned anywhere in the menu or in the restaurant. She did not bring the receipt before the payment and forced us to pay first before printing the receipt which makes ZERO sense. We even asked for the receipt before paying and she said you will get it after paying!!!! LIKE WHAT!! The payment situation is definitely a scam. The food did not have any flavour. Avoid at all cost.Probably should have read all the reviews before coming here!!

Poor service. Food quality was really bad compared to other restaurants in the area. No flavor and some of the meat was burnt.
This 5 star is not for the quality of the food but the customer service that we received was excellent. Just wanted to say thank you to Shayan for making us feel so welcome as their customers.

The food was average. The web page offers a buffet, which is no longer available. The waitress gave us a less-than-average service. She never smiled. My husband had to ask twice for a refill on his drink. Although the customer service was mediocre, the restaurant automatically charges a 20% tip. When the waitress brought the check, it only showed the total amount. No details of the purchase. I had to ask if the taxes and tip were included. She said yes. When I got the receipt, I realized that she had given herself a 20% tip!I gave the restaurant a chance, but I don't think I am coming back.
