The owner Mrs Paulina is very rude and disrespectful to me and other customers she yelled at me I'm just a customers this location need a new owner and they very cheap when it comes to plastic bags they give paper bag another too 🙃 you guys are loosing customers and she was snapping at another customer

I have been coming to this location for years. This location was my daughter’s first job. The previous owner was wonderful and managed this location at top tier. Fast forward to present day, I will never order food from this location again. Yesterday’s experience was terrible. I patiently waited 45 minutes for my order that was mediocre at best. The staff here not only works at snail speed but they also have zero interpersonal skills. It was as if it was everyone’s first day of work. As my patience ran low, and I asked for the extra ranch I had paid for, I said “it should be free for the long wait”, the “manager” refused to look at me or make eye contact with me when I asked to speak to her. Poor customer service! I wish the “manager” the best of luck in her business venture at this location however from all the reviews, looks like she needs to step up her game.

Terrible customer service. I asked for Cajun on my fries and she said it was extra and clearly it says on the menu Cajun season is free with original fries. I just left with out buying anything.

If I'd done my research before I stopped by this location, I probably wouldn't have stopped here and would've driven further to the place I frequent. I had a horrible experience today! The lady in the picture and review above (an older Jamaican woman) was extremely rude and obnoxious. Clearly she needs some training, as she doesn't know anything about great customer service. It's not a location I'd recommend or visit again. Ma'am, you've got to do better!

The people that work here are completely incompetent and rude. My kids love charlies and I always end up getting got by this location. Horrible service. Unprofessional staff and managers that's hide out in the back. Any extra issues that may rise they roll their eyes and don't deal with anything. Absolutely worthless

I wish I could give this place a zero star. That lady in the front Paulette is so disgustingly rude, downright disrespectful. I waited almost 30 minutes for a 6 wing combo and it was burnt I asked for a replacement or a refund “Paulette the manager” as she referred to herself insulted me, belittled me she didn’t want to replace the food and refused to refund my order because I used Apple Pay on my phone instead of a physical card. Also since there was nothing wrong with my drink she would only be able to do a partial refund.I didn’t have my card on me hence why I used tap to pay. She proceeds to tell me that reading was fundamental and that I should know she couldn’t process my refund without the physical card. How are you a manger with no customer service skills? How can that be the face of your establishment? This was a horrible experience from the disgusting burnt food to Paulette the manager.

This location deserves 0 stars. I went today and I had to wait 40min for my order. First I waited a long time just for them to take my order. There was only one person and then after like 20min another person arrived. And then they didn’t even seem with the urge to move a little faster, even though there was a long line and people waiting. I honestly don’t recommend to go there if you are at your lunch time. You’ll be there almost until your lunch time is done if you decide to get food there. Terrible service

I came here to say waiting to get a meal when an employee from your Broward location named shakayla is very disrespectful cursing ppl out and the whole Broward employees from Charles thought it was funny wanna laugh and all be disrespectful. Asked for a manager and waited and the manager came to speak and allowed her employee to continue being disrespectful

Marsha was rude, I understand it’s busy but as a manager you need to learn how to kept a professional/ positive composure. she misheard when I asked for something else it’s loud I understand but the way she handled it wasn’t polite at all.

Charley's is the only resturant in the mall I can get a hot cook to order meal and I can see for an affordable price which I love that for me :-)

I'm not sure if they thought they were feeding a dog? This is how my food came via doordash. The bread looks half eaten and burnt and hard like a rock. Who will serve this to their customers? This is exactly how my food arrived.

It's it or miss. When it hits It's a 5 out of 5 when it doesn't, It's like a 2 out of 5.

I was sitting at the Charlie's cheesecake for 5 minutes while there was no one there and they were all in the back I ordered my food 10 minutes in advance.. the lady told me oh your order just popped up I said no it didn't I ordered 10 minutes ago and I said I've been sitting here for 5 minutes while you guys were all in the back. She goes no look I said I can see it and I saw it when I was sitting here on your screens. For someone to sit there and lie like that is a joke. Will never go back to this place

If I can rate this specific Charley’s a 0 star would!!!! The customer service & the food where both horrible. I got an old rotten strawberry lemonade all I did was try to switch it out, the manager told me NO! Because she made the strawberry’s today, I proceeded to tell her I don’t really know if that is true so I would like to just change my drink she told me I was wrong , I told her the customer always has the right she proceeded to scream out NO THEY ARE NOT & I AM NOT CHANGING THE DRINK. I asked to speak to a manger, she said she was the manager. She took 15min trying to take my order (just because I had a coupon for it) I didn’t get my food till almost 35 min later?!! For 2 6INCH CHICKEN PHILLYS! The customer service was HORRIBLE ESPECIALLY COMING FROM A MANGER A PERSON WHO IS SUPPOSED TO LEAD! & THE FOOD? EXTREMELY COLD! Please do something about it!!!!

Good Philly's with fresh ingredients ( tomato was nice) and the chicken wings were very good, better than most wing restaurants. I definitely recommend the wings and cheese fries .I enjoyed the wings very much they weren't small and were sauced yet not soggy and were very fresh, i was pleasantly surprised. Food was better than expected
