Was spending money here every week and getting the same ignorant service. Today it ended as I went elsewhere where they were nice and gladly accepted my money. I can spend my money somewhere else every week where they are pleasant when they take your order. If you want nice service GO ELSEWHERE!!

1st time here. Ordered at the window. Female not friendly. Did not ever greet us.
November 20th. We have give multiple attempts here and service has definitely not improved. Food is good. We walked up to the window, slides open and person on other side never greets us or asks to take our order. Today was our last time going here. The female opened the window and again just looked at us. My husband gave her our order and paid with an older $20.00 bill and told us she could not take the bill. We canceled the order and went elsewhere. I have been to many places that always greet and ask if they can take our order. I've worked in busy like this and always greeted and thanked the customer. I will not be going back here.

The food sucked ! Bad enough checkers fell off and should be closed down by now but O at least thought this visit would have changed my mind . The fries was probably the best food out the bag. The patty was paper thin, the cheese looked slapped on last minute , burger so cold the cheese wouldn’t melt i can go on and on but I’ll stop here. Save your money

Hands down worst experience i’ve had at a fast food restaurant ever. I ordered and paid and was told to go to the other side of the drive through to wait for my order and for 20+ minutes i sat in my car watching all the cars that ordered after me being served first. All whilst staff and management seemed to be arguing inside the restaurant over something. This will 100% be my last time coming to this location, and I advise anyone thinking about coming here not to.

Always have a nasty attitude they care more about their time going up in drive through than they care about their customers.when you show them the same energy they given out that’s when they want to be nice. They the manager talking about she been their for years well you’re customer service skills should be top notch yall need to make customers feel wanted like for this mess getting out of hand put a smile act like yall want the business
Yesterday my sister had got the Glorilla meal we got to the window the guy hand her the sandwich then close the window so quick to where you had no chance to ask for anything so we waited at the drive thru window this other guy came up to service the other that’s was behind us , so he open the window and said her meal don’t come with the apple pie and she said they always do so instead of making a big deal we drove off we damn near far as hell she decided to eat her sandwich because she was hungry the first bite she found a hair and it and I’m like ewww let’s go back so they can remake it she like no I’m going to be late ,so they guys that don’t cover their hair with hair nets just have their hair hanging out not covering them up ,and I told her that’s one of the main reason why I don’t eat from sorting neighborhoods because of the people they hired has no customer service no nor they’re clean ,so to give yall a head up watch yall food before you take a bite look inside the sandwich first because it can be one of their hair in it …just writing this alone make me sick to to the stomach eww 🤢

09/12/25 6:50pm. My husband and I just left this establishment and we will never go back again. Brah this female was so rude. Se didn't get the order right and she had a serious attitude. She made us leave the drive thru to go to the other side drive thru to wait 4 minutes to get our food. Sus should have just stayed home today. They just lost some valuable customers 😕 😒 I do not recommend. I bad apple ruined it for all the other good experiences we've had there. WE ARE DONE!!! PERIOD

Lived here for 31 years and can confirm this is the absolute worst checkers around broward. If there's a line don't even bother because the people working here at night can't complete 4 orders in 40 minutes. I'm definitely not coming here anymore and will go to burgerking down the street instead.

We don't have a Checkers anymore so I was excited for their seasoned fries. We ordered and had to pull over to wait for our food. I thought that meant we get fresh food, especially since we watched other people pull up and get their orders, but my fries were inedible and the moisture of the bread on my burger was incomprehensible, I just couldn't. My kids didn't not have a problem with their food though.
