Tonight at 9pm 1/20/25 Customer service was just horrible team member sigh at the intercom like she didn’t wanna be there…when I drove up to the window member/ manager she just looked so unprofessional long dreads with Bennie on her head notice I didn’t get any fries on my mix any 2 then I was over charge because employee said she didn’t know I wanted a meal when I clearly asked for the mixed any two for $7 meal and team member asked which sandwich so clearly she heard me.then I ask for cheese and tomato’s on my two spicy chicken sandwiches and didn’t get no tomatoes and didn’t receive a receipt. And food wasn’t hot at all .The attitude was uncall for like just one of my worst experiences there and that was just bad customer service.

The lady who took my order is literally the worst person they should have taking orders. If she can’t do her job without interrupting people and being rude, she needs to move on. Literally attitude from the JUMP. Sitting in the drive thru right now. 4:20 ish time of order on 12/15/24

I received my food 25 minutes after ordering it, horrible customer service and to make matters worse they got my order wrong, I asked for a cheeseburger and I get a Chicken one. The worst checkers I've ever been to.

Worst service ever. Was waiting at the window for about five minutes pulled out my car key and knocked softly on the window to draw the ladies attention and all I received was a cursed out I believe the manager was in a red shirt apologized while the other lady supposedly named Nicole Darken red and black Hair was still throwing her fit I don’t think you should work at a place where you have to give good customer service if you have attitudes will definitely never come to the space again
