Not only do the workers have a bad attitude. It's dirty in there. The workers was wiping their nose and stuff with their hands and preparing peoples food. They had an attitude because my food was messed up, and I took it back to them, trying to be funny and stuff don't eat here don't go there. They need to be shut down

This is probably the worst checkers location in Broward County, I am not even sure how they are still open and operating, 30 minute wait for one burger and one drink, everyone who came before me and after me had to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes, makes no sense

Omg! Atrocious experience! I had to repeat my order to the lady 6 times and still got the order wrong. The lady with the stones in her face, was super rude. The food was good until we found a hair in it the color of that lady’s yellow hair. I don’t think going back there is a good idea. And why did they want me to stop before the red poles? So I can’t see the food being made? Mad shady. Our sandwich was missing and supposedly they did not add it to the bill… augh. I personally do not recommend.

Busted speaker box. Told to pull around and had to wait for an infinite amount of time in the second drive thru. Once I got out my car and approached the counter clerk was less than friendly. Is my first and last time visiting. Food was hot.

New ownership. No more AI. Used to have really nice women cashier - was almost like Chicfila customer service. New employee not friendly. And they tell me to pull around to opposite window…Why? Because the system times customer wait-time. Driving around to opposite window makes it look like there is no wait time - while I wait 10 minutes on my food.

The food at checkers use to be good fresh and hot. Now the food taste like fake rubber meat not fresh or hot people in the drive through really dont care and make you feel like a bother. The only way you get fresh hot food that real today is you stay home and cook it yourself
Was spending money here every week and getting the same ignorant service. Today it ended as I went elsewhere where they were nice and gladly accepted my money. I can spend my money somewhere else every week where they are pleasant when they take your order. If you want nice service GO ELSEWHERE!!

1st time here. Ordered at the window. Female not friendly. Did not ever greet us.
November 20th. We have give multiple attempts here and service has definitely not improved. Food is good. We walked up to the window, slides open and person on other side never greets us or asks to take our order. Today was our last time going here. The female opened the window and again just looked at us. My husband gave her our order and paid with an older $20.00 bill and told us she could not take the bill. We canceled the order and went elsewhere. I have been to many places that always greet and ask if they can take our order. I've worked in busy like this and always greeted and thanked the customer. I will not be going back here.

The food sucked ! Bad enough checkers fell off and should be closed down by now but O at least thought this visit would have changed my mind . The fries was probably the best food out the bag. The patty was paper thin, the cheese looked slapped on last minute , burger so cold the cheese wouldn’t melt i can go on and on but I’ll stop here. Save your money
