Bad manager bad food service long long wait

To whom it may concern,
I would like to file a formal complaint about the completely unacceptable service I received today at the Chick-fil-A Broward Mall location from an employee named Tyteanna.

From the moment she saw me, her attitude was rude and hostile. She looked at me with contempt, clearly did not want to assist me, and her behavior made me feel discriminated against because I am a white woman. Every time I tried to politely ask about my order, she either ignored me or yelled at me in English, instead of responding in a professional and respectful manner.

My order was paid at 2:08 pm, but I did not receive my food until 2:55 pm. That is an excessive wait time, and there was no explanation, no apology, and no attempt to provide any solution.

On top of the terrible attitude, the way the food was handled was extremely concerning:
• My food was handed to me open.
• I saw them touching the food with their bare hands, with no gloves and no visible hygiene measures.
• At one point, my fries fell, and instead of throwing them away, Tyteanna put them back into the bag as if nothing had happened.
• When I told her this was wrong and not hygienic or acceptable, she ignored me and continued with other orders, without offering to replace the food or even apologize.

All of this shows a complete lack of respect, professionalism, and food safety. This kind of behavior not only ruins the customer experience, it also puts customers’ health at risk.

I am attaching evidence of what happened (photos/videos, and my receipt showing the time of payment and the approximate time of delivery).

After this experience, I consider this location to be a very bad place to purchase food, and I can honestly say that I will never return to Chick-fil-A Broward Mall. It is unacceptable that this type of behavior and food handling is allowed at a brand that claims to have high standards of service.

I respectfully request the following:
1. That a thorough investigation is conducted regarding the behavior of the employee Tyteanna.
2. That clear and concrete corrective actions are taken.
3. That I receive a formal written response explaining what actions will be taken regarding this incident.

I have never encountered a bad Chick Fil a, unfortunately University and Sunrise Blvd has fit the bill. I have given the drive thru a ton of opportunities to prove me wrong and every single time has been an issue. The wait times are extremely long, the kids taking orders in drive thru don’t seem to care. Once I made it all the way to the window and no one took my order, the employee was sitting down, YES I SAID sitting down on the curb drinking a soda with hiccups. I thought he was on break, lol! Another time we all got our food except for the car up front, we asked the employees a couple times to please have the car move up so we can leave. They just continued to bring food out and walk right by this car knowing very well she is blocking us all. Our food was getting cold, that customer was complaining about something. We sat there with our food about 6 minutes when finally the car in front of me had to tell the customer himself to move up so we can all leave. Employees were scared to tell her. It’s pretty awful what’s happening here, Management needs help. This location needs some major changes. Bring someone from the Sawgrass location to clean this up because they have it together!

Stopped at the Palm Beach Chick-fil-A which was packed, but they kept the lines moving. Efficient staff, fast, hot food served, but we had to go to another parking lot to find parking just so we can eat it very congested, but that says a lot about Chick-fil-A and the quality of their food, which is always outstanding

While I love chick fil a and the food is always good. This is the worst location I’ve ever had to encounter. Went to get a refill on a drink which the first time was fine. but wanted to fill up before I left. Good almost 20 minutes for a worker to even look at us. While I give them credit for trying to fulfill their order asap the one girl called out names and then just turned around and continued working ignoring me and others there waiting also. Took another worker to come by to help us. Also place has changed over the years not a friendly as other places.

I drove two towns over to pick up breakfast this morning and the sauces were missing. I’m dealing with an extremely picky eater and tried to call the store to resolve the issue; I was sent to voicemail. Unfortunately, this made me have a subpar experience with this location. We couldn’t enjoy the meal we paid for in the way that we wanted and the only option for resolution was to drive another 15 minutes out of the way.

The store just plain needs to be better. I can’t believe corporate hasn’t said something. I ordered online and they had no idea because it didn’t come from the app even though my receipt said they had received my order. I’m not quite sure they know what they’re doing. And the ops director Alon wasn’t any help

If I could leave 0 STARS I would! This is the worst location by far. Whether you order ahead, through the drive thru or inside, I have tried each, it doesn’t matter get ready to wait and wait and wait some more. My most recent and consistent experience was ordering through the drive thru. There was only 1 person taking orders and she was the best part. I wait 16 minutes in line to order. I then waited another 10 minutes until I was given my food. Finally, and quite frankly the cherry on top, I spent 18 minutes stuck behind 2 cars with my food just getting cold and my drink was already watered down by the time I got it. I had to immediately warm up my food when I got home and I live 5 minutes away. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT GOOD HOT FOOD AND DECENT SERVICE. So disappointed will never return to this location.

I did not dine in or take out but I brought my son to a 4pm interview today and I was utterly disappointed with how management disregarded him. My son went to the counter and was told to have a seat. He waited for 40 minutes and no one came out to him. I will never support this restaurant again because they have no consideration for others time.

I waited about 12 minutes for some unsalted fries which made sense but what didn’t make sense is that when the cook said the large fries was ready she put the fries in bag everyone else that came after me was getting their unsalted fries first like this person just ordered like do better if I was there first and made my order first just give me my order do not make wait any longer
And the reason I even got my order was because I reach out when she said large unsalted fries. She had to go back on the table to get my order so unprofessional

We love Chick-fil-A . Shakes are best ..mom and I went before the movies .they move pretty quick at the mall we got there at a good time because as soon as we were done it was mobbed again always busy

This is the worst location. Missing items in my curbside order, hard fries, waited 25 minutes for my curbside order and have to go inside to get it so I don’t miss my appointment when the app quoted 10 minutes. When I went back to discuss the issue Kyra was rude interrupting me “so you want free food?” “What do you want?” When I wanted to place a new order and ask what Literally drive to any other location this one is a dumpster fire. If I would’ve known the wait time was so long then I would’ve went to another location.

Message to owners from food delivery drivers. The service for delivery drivers is horrible. Your staff only cares about people who buy the food there at the register. They shout out the names. But when they make a delivery order they just put it silently on the counter. On Saturday April 5th I was there at 5pm as a delivery driver and I spent more than 20 mins waiting for the order that was ready sitting on the counter and the staff didn’t pay attention to me, didn’t ask what was the name on my order. The only cared for people who are there vying on the spot. If you ask something like “excuse me, I have a delivery order” they respond “give me one sec” and keep working with the customers who buy right there. Outrageous. You’re the worst guys. Worse than Taco Bell and Buffalo wings.
