My chicken sandwich was not fresh, cheese was like plastic melted over an overcooked piece of chicken. Not what we are used to from Chick-fil-A. Wasn't very delightful.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in the history of chic fi la is here. I’ve tried giving them a chance on numerous occasions, but this will be the last time. I made a mobile drive-thru order and arrived there, only to be told that they didn’t have it. I waited there for 15 minutes, but they didn’t even bother to come verify my order or check my email receipt.
