We have been at Chilacos Tacos multiple times and we love the food. We buy the tortillas when we want tacos at home, and is always a hit! The service & staff are great!!

Camilo is a nice gentleman and treated us with amazing customer service! it was our first time there and he helped us choose, and it was delicious, (taco bowl and tacos). i would 10/10 recommend this place. camilo was super sweet and patient with us!

I just had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I feel it’s important to share.
I tried to add my order to my frequent customer account, and the cashier—a young man with an earring—told me he had already closed it. I mentioned that he never asked me or gave me the option, and he simply said it was too late. I asked him to cancel the order and re-enter it correctly, and he refused, saying he would need to file a report for his mistake—but still wouldn’t do it. On top of that, he didn’t even give me a receipt.
It’s obvious the owner is not present, because employees feel free to treat customers poorly without any accountability. I’ve heard they’re planning to open more locations through franchising—but how do they expect to grow when they can’t even manage one store properly?
Just sharing my experience so others know what kind of service to expect. As for me, they’ve just lost a customer.

Reviews are a lie drove out of my way to try this place and was disappointed so much was left to be desired the shrimp tacos looked like salad shrimp cut up into bite sizes and only had onions on it the customer service was trash also
